Best nail salon in the Lakeway area. I've been to many. They really try to make sure you happy no matter what. Great with SNS, Gel and just normal manicures and pedicures. They offer Volcano pedicures that are divine. Highly recommend.
I've been using Quality for a years now. Service is still top notch!

My sister and I come here all the time. We live about 30 minutes away from here but this is probably the best nail salon in Austin Texas. I give them a photo of what i was and they give me exactly what i want. My birthday is next week so I wanted exactly these nails and they did it. I really recommend this place. They have nice people like they are really funny and they play calming songs. I was singing the entire time I was there. ???

My two daughters and I have visited Quality Nails on several occasions and have been satisfied with the service. My daughters usually get dip and always love the way they turn out. I usually just get a basic mani/Pedi and have been satisfied each time. I love that you can easily make an appointment or can just walk in! It does get busy at times so always best to have an appointment.

We are from Houston. Looking for mani & shellac pedi for myself. My honey got a mani & pedi. The quality is top notch & outstanding service & took their time & the ladies whom provided the service are awesome. This place or vibe deserves . We will be back again when back in Lakeway.

My daughter, Anna and I were looking for a nail spa who has an acrylic nail artist and great pedicures. Today is Friday the 13th so we went with a theme. Anna is super thrilled about her acrylic cat eye nails with Ken. I had a cat eye pedicure with Dru and a brow tint/trim with Melissa.
Ken has done several Instagram styles with a friendly, positive, and can-do attitude. Just show him a picture of what you want and he can do it. The establishment itself was clean and properly sanitized before each guests. Mia and all the others are super sweet and helpful to one another. I have never experienced a negative tone in the spa.
Melissa, inquired about my nail services and was welcoming while doing my brows. This is the first brow tint I’ve had, without looking like black sharpie was painted on my brows.
Pricing I would say is affordable compared to other establishments. It’s nice feeling they appreciate my continuous business, rather than for the moment. I do recommend making an appointment ahead of time. They get busy fairly quickly on the weekends and before local events.
***Update*** Months later I am still 100% Happy with Quality Nails. Ken rocks some nail art.

The man who did my nails cut three of my fingers so bad that they drew blood and he blamed it on the drill heads being new. I also had asked him for acrylic French tips with a pink flower on my ring fingers. The base color he used for the French tip was translucent so you could see the nail tip that he glued on. This wouldn't have been an issue except that the white line he painted on the top wasn't covering the tip underneath so you could see where he glued it. I asked him to make the line a bit thicker and he said that if he did that, he wouldn't do the flower on my ring fingers because there would be "too much going on" on my finger. Not his place to make that decision in my opinion. I was hoping that since my nails didn't look the way I wanted them to because he refused to do the flower and the 3 bleeding cuts on my fingers, he might give me a discount but that did not happen.

This is my second time at this salon as a walk in, Ken did a great job shaping my nails and not applying the powder or top coat too thick! Did a dip manicure in the color bubble bath (yes these are my natural nails, thanks to dip!!)

The polish & shape were fine but the lady really hurt me - I'm not sure if it was over-trimming my cuticles or from her drill which kept nudging into my skin - I get regular manicures and have never had my fingers be this painful with tiny cuts. With all the options in the area, I will not be back. Two different hands are pictured

My daughter came in with a friend to get their nails done. They were very clear they both wanted acrylics. They proceeded to remove both girls’ old nails and start working on one of them while the other waited. They kept telling her, oh we will be with you soon. Then when one girl was almost finished, a nail tech came to the other and said they could take her. Then they told her it was too late and not enough time to do acrylics because they close soon! This is AFTER they removed her acrylics and told her to wait. They were taking other customers in the whole time she was waiting also.
To make matters worse, they then tried to charge her for the removal …
We will definitely never be back.

Nice people,
and do a pretty good job, but charge for literally everything…. Most expensive nails I have ever paid for in my life.
