Sometimes a mixed bag at this location with service. The past few years I felt they are understaffed as they usually only have one teller. I don't usually need to go inside so it's not an ongoing issue.I had a few questions about more in depth financial information and Nicole was able to help me with all of my questions and offered great advice I was unaware of. I'm glad she is there as she is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the banks products.

It's good to see that there are still some Bank of America branches open that actually have a lobby. We have been a member of the bank for quite a while and it's sad to see some of the other Bank of Americas closing their doors and only using the window.This is a very active location with a very good staff and managers.I'm sure they have a lot of loyal customers and will service the public through the lobby continuing in the future.

The people in the branch are good. The review is for Bank of America. I got a fee because I dont have the Prefer Reward benefits any more. BOFA never sent any notification about that. How can I remember when is my account anniversary? When I saw the fee I put the minimum amount to dont get again a fee but there were another fee on the way because the fee overdraw my account. The employee that helped me never told me another fee was on the way so my account got overdraw again. Then I put extra money so I don’t get another fee. So all the fees were a consequence of BOFA mistake and they did not refund the fee. This is the way the make money, so at this point I am going to close my account. Thanks.

I called up to verify a cashiers check and provide the info to do so the MANAGER Ernest ended up getting frustrated and hung up on me... I've been a client of BofA sense 1998Hey thanks but I verify all cashiers checks with banks before accepting them and yes its done over the phone.

Never have I experienced so many issues at one bank location. Unwilling to help with anything that might cause them a minor inconvenience.

I've been a Bank of America customer for 20 years. I visited this location to withdraw some money. I had left my wallet at home and I was completely out of gas. A very nice young professional lady name Jade went out of her way to help me set up my debit card on Apple Pay I did not have any Internet reception in the bank. She even walked out of the bank to help me set it up. Thank you Jade!

The lady who helped me, I feel like she racially profiled me and saw me underdressed for a business account never had a problem asking g for change till now! And her manager too!

A 5+ day hold makes sense for a small payroll check from a billion dollar company or a tax return from the US Government. ? Keep doing business like this Bank of America it's winning you lots of friends. ?

We have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the lack of customer service at this branch too many times. There is a teller who has been particularly condescending and belligerent during every encounter. His last name is Newsome. He seems to actively look for ways to cause problems and avoid providing basic customer service. We are avoiding this branch over the lack of basic customer service and outright hostility we've encountered. We would leave the bank all together if not for the fact that we can go to other locations where we've had much better experiences.

Teller refused to look up my account number for a deposit. For the last 5 years all I had to do was insert my debit card and the teller would write down my number. She was rude. Will not go to that branch again. They need better training. Went to another nearby branch and made my deposit

I’m a Preferred Reward Platinum Honors member and closed my accounts today due to the poor customer service, specifically at this branch.The smug, belittling attitude from one of the male tellers was appalling; I had never witnessed that at a bank before.When summoned to sign my closing check, the branch manager replicated the same salty demeanor and provided bare minimum acknowledgment.The streak of one star google reviews for this branch continues.

Stoped by the branch to use the ATM out of Convience. I should have known better being a previous customer!I put my card into the ATM and couldn’t get it back. I went into the branch and explained the situation. The representative told me along with another customer that the ATM was being worked on. We explained there was no sign or baracade preventing us from using it. She then said there was nothing that she could do!Returning home from the doctors office with the elderly blind lady that I care for put us in a bad spot! Things like this seem to be the culture at Bank of America!I am happy that I no longer have to deal with all of the incompetence. I called my bank, Raymond James, they put a stop on the card and another in the mail.Just read the reviews!

Worst customer service ever. I tried calling them multiple times to inquire about my appointment that I set online to confirm that it was still set. As I am pulling into the branch today I get an email at 8:58am that my 9:00am appointment is canceled. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
