“Excellent service from LaShunda. She was very helpful and friendly during my transaction. 5 stars for LaShunda, but I had to drop a star due to Wells Fargo, in general. Prior to building this new location, the lake worth area Wells Fargo branch had a zero fee coin machine for anyone with a WF account. Now, none of the local branches have a machine, nor do they offer any kind of coin service, and they do not accept loose coins for deposit. Customers must now sort and roll their own coins. It's strange that a bank does not have any kind of coin sorting and counting system available to their customers. Retail stores have machines in their cash rooms that sort and count all of the coins from the registers each day, so it's strange that a bank is not set up to handle loose coins.”
“Elijah is the reason I’m writing this review on behalf of my brother’s experience. The customer service he provided us was beyond words. After going back and forth (in person and on the phone) a couple times he was able to solve his issue. My brother was ready to close his account but because Elijah’s help he decided to stay.”

6400 Lake Worth Blvd, Lake Worth“I've avoided commercial banks for years. My wife and I had to open account here for "reasons" not related to my credit union. It took two trips because I had forgotten to unfreeze our credit. On the second visit we were able to easily get an account opened. Mr Batteau patiently took an hour to help us. He even arranged for their Merrill Lynch rep to contact us. Avoid weekend and after work crowds by using their app and ATMs that seem to be everywhere.”
“I have never trusted anybody nearly as much as I trust the people at the WoodForest bank. Amazing people and I wish every single person that works there become rich. You all have made my life so much better and I applaud you. Thank you workers at the WoodForest bank.”
