So far I'm pleased with the service I received at the store and helping me pick out a mattress. I hope I'm still pleased with the service after the bed is delivered and set up. I purchased my bed previously in 2009 from Sleep Experts and I've been very pleased with it for 15 years. It was just time for a new one.

This is are 3rd time in 10 years we have purchased a mattress from here hopefully 3rd times a charm. It's getting expensive to replace mattresses so often. Dean was very helpful and let us browse he was not pushy and gave us time to look and all the information we asked for here's to another $4000 hope we don't have to come back in 3 years .

Scammy!!
Bought a bed here that came with an adjustable base. They said we would have a 30 day trial and could return it no problem if there were any issues. After 1 week we were having bad back pain and thought the bed felt pretty cheap, so we decided to buy a new mattress from somewhere else.
We called to instigate the return and they said we would need to pay $200 to restock and delivery fee… even though we picked it up and were bringing it back.
This was not mentioned it before and even though she said she “emailed us” the information it’s nowhere in our emails. Just the receipt from the transaction.
Working to resolve the issue now, but holy cannoli this is so sketchy - buyer beware!
