Tellers were not overly friendly. Not negative just not as friendly welcoming and inviting as so many other Wells Fargos. Just not the atmosphere I guess I'm accustomed to at so many others

Most of the employees are friendly and they work with you to quickly fix issues - in person. My main issue with them is 1) They never answer the phone. I don’t want to drive across town to receive service for things they say they can help with over the phone. 2) They claim to not hold deposits because they were sued for doing so, but where’s my tax return that was sent on March 13, 2024?! No one seems to know and when asked, they route me to people overseas to check. Not cool! Local people should be handling local accounts, not people in India. I’d give one star, but some of the people in the Lake Jackson branch really are kind; so the extra star is for them.

Over all friendly staff, BUT slowest service ever. Say behind 1 car for almost 15 minutes. Decided to go inside. Came out and the same cars were still in the same spot. They need more tellers.

At first I was apprehensive on coming to this location due to their poor reviews. I decided to stop and cash/deposit a check. No hold on the check or any other blah blah, other banks sometimes give you. Maddi was excellent! She needs a raise!How customers relations should be!

In lake Jackson at the branch there They are really nosey and rude didn't realize they are paid to ask invasive questions that have nothing to do with them what my job is is my business what I want with my money also my business

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Employees don’t even smile, they act like they hate their jobs. Employees are rude and are not helpful in any way! Do not go to this bank if you want good customer service. WORST BANK IN LAKE JACKSON TX

They made it very difficult for my older father to make a transaction, the lady tried to be smart knowing that my dad wasn't able to understand what she was saying and acted annoyed, when i went in she had an attitude and continued to be difficult when she knew exactly what he needed, I would hate to see other elderly people who have noone to help them, this is why we stick with angleton branch they always make my dad feel comfortable

Customer since 1999. Brought business accounts to WF in 2021-ish. We have a business that accepts checks at our events. Every time I bring them in at this location I always get the annoyed look. Skyler was my teller this afternoon and was not trying to hide her less than enthusiastic looks, frowns, head shaking, and obvious sighs of annoyance that she had to count checks, and make sure they match her scans. I think Skyler could use a refresher on her job description which I am confident includes a sentence or two on being the face of a company and having good customer service skills. I am wondering how I should bring my checks in from my customers to make it more enjoyable for Wells Fargo tellers to just do their job, which should be first and foremost, customer service. I shouldn't feel uncomfortable to bring in my money from my business to a company that wants nothing more than to take my money. I can understand though that it can be extremely difficult to sit in an airconditioned building and click buttons and read on a computer screen. I also realize how straining it can be to maybe pick up a few pieces of paper every now and then, or walk to a printer.

Worst branch I ve ever been to.1 or 2 person at the desk serving over 50 customers.ATM not working for 2 werks now, thereby making the banking hall so crowding with only one or two cashier to attend to them.

Empty desk with very few people working. If you want to come in to make a wire or talk to a banker good luck. I’m sitting here for 28 minutes right now and still sitting

I've been with Wells Fargo's for over 20 years, I might not have big accounts but they treat me like I do whether it's in drive up or if I go in.I'm treated with the greatest hospitality & attention would never go to another bank❣️
