Great area for housing just off of a major roadway with secure gating and near a lot of shops. My only complaint was parking could be a bit tight.

I've been living here for three months, and I feel safe, comfortable and very much at home. I have a great balcony, quiet neighbors, a view of the pool and nicer kitchen than most places. My dog likes the Bark Park, all the grassy areas and the dog washing station (the actual washing, though, not so much).

I have been a resident here for over three years. I greatly appreciate the peace and tranquility that this place offers. The staff members, particularly the manager, excel in their roles. Any concerns or problems that I may have are promptly and efficiently addressed. Please know that your efforts do not go unnoticed and are sincerely appreciated by me.

Ive been living here for 2 years now and it’s been great. The girls in the leasing office are very helpful. The grounds are kept up, quiet, and I love that it’s so family oriented!

The best apartment complex if ever lived. The management is top tier always has something going on for the community. Answers questions quickly and the apartments a just simply beautiful. Maintenance is great. Quick to fix the issues. If you’re looking for a new home look no further. well worth it.

Since, I moved in. I love staying in the Residents of lake Jackson. It’s a peaceful apartment complex. You have your own home privacy. They don’t just barge in. They notify, if needed to be spray inspected. Me and my partner enjoy our privacy.
The pool is always cleaned up. I love going to the gym they have. Just a great safe place to live & consider it home. ?

Compared to the apartments next door, The Residence is very nice and feels like its own little neighborhood. The maintenance is very punctual and actually fixes what may or may not be broken. They replaced my sink, and notice the door was getting stuck also so they fixed that without me even asking. Great place to live!
