I recommend for the many, one file lawsuit against Brett W owner of Powerhouse Gym in Brazioria County Courthouse for immoral, illegal, and unethical business practice(s). Power House Gym's customer services ends when the automatic voice requests payment. Also, I recommend one goes to Better Business Bureal [spelling unsure] (BBB) and file a claim against Power House Gym to get your restitution. BBB will get your money back without legal cost & Brett W will reap what he has sowed. Also for the many, when Power House Gym goes under, I suggest one buys the equipment at auction and then start your own gym with a mission & vision statement as to what customer service is and should be. Quality involves, but is not limited to, things such as establish KPIs, a ISO 9000 Quality program, action taken on the many disgruntal customer. Goodness, look at Brett W's yelp reponses, he says "thanks" on positive reviews & nothing to the negative reviews.

If you need a gym and you're in the area, this is a great gym! I was visiting family and worked out at this gym during my trip. The staff and members are very nice. The staff is helpful and keeps the place in order. They have plenty of squat racks, battle chains, heavy bag, etc. I had stellar workouts! I'd definitely recommend this gym! It's next level! Check it out!

I try canceling my membership and they were never able to give me information via phone but did send me to collections even though I payed 2 years until the end of my contract but never cancel

I love this gym. The staff is super friendly. I love that it's open 24/7. I love the free weights. It's not jammed packed with machines like planet fitness. It is WAY MORE BETTER THAN PLANET FITNESS.

5 years later still on my credit. Didn't know what I was signing. The person working there told me I could cancel at any time, that it wasn't a big deal. Months later I tried calling to plead my case but there person that helped me was no longer working there. $1,300 on my credit report!! May have used the gym a few times.

Great gym with all the equipment you need. They have free weights and machines. The owners are amazing and always looking for ways to add value or improve the gym for the members. Only decent gym in the area that stays open 24hrs.
