Zero stars for this property!!!! Run away from this place as fast as you can!!!!! They cut the lock off my unit and moved my stuff to another unit without any notification what so ever. After contacting them on Tuesday morning regarding my stuff it took them all day to get back with a code for the lock. The code did not work! They sent someone out to check it out and that person beat the lock off they had put on the door and put another lock on. When we went to check the unit again, the combo worked but the door was off the tracks and the latch is not secure. All my stuff was just thrown into the unit. Did not look like a professional moving company moved my stuff. I can’t even tell if anything is missing or damaged. Management is not on the property, they are 9 hours away in Dallas. Can’t get a hold of anyone for hours. They just took over this property a few months ago, jacked up the rent and the gates stand open all day. I don’t know if they close at all at night. Not a secure storage facility!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!This is not a professional moving company!!! My husband and I are very neat and organized! This is not what our unit looked like. The only notice we received was a reservation for another unit. We did not even know what that was about and disregarded. It did Not state that you were moving us here nor did it say anything about you moving out stuff. Our unit was at the other end of the building from where the fire was and the unit you moved us to was two doors away from the unit that burned. I have more pics but will not share until I can get my stuff out and assess the damage. Very unsatisfied with your response. You still have not contacted me personally to discuss this issue. I guess your answering service is as professional as your moving company.Oh, and by the way, the front gate was standing wide open at 3 am Friday morning.June 6, 2023 UpdateI finally reached out to the leasing department to get someone on the phone. She said she could do nothing but forward my number to property management. I received an email from them with the contractors information who managed the moving of my belongings. I still have not been able to talk to Management about this issue. I guess I'll take what information I can get but would have like to talk to someone regarding this issue. In my opinion, you just cannot manage this property from Plano, Texas. If customer service is important, then you should have someone available to talk to your renters.

Outdoor only. No climate control unit. Looks like new management is actively updating the premise, so it may get better.

Great location- New owners always willing to help out - improvements are being made ( painting of the units - soon the people that rent there will have a phone application to open and close the gates ) which is great no more getting off ur vehicle to opened or close the gates

Horrible the rent went up again. Not worth it. The gate opener on the wrong side. It left me locked in till someone came and opened it from the outside code reader. I myself will be leaving soon. Like I said NOT WORTH IT. Over priced
