These are by far the greatest apts I have ever lived in. Penny is a great manager and always makes sure her tenants are happy. Kid and pet friendly, overall great apt complex and great customer service.

Manager is professional and maintenance staff is friendly. They don’t enter apartments without explicit permission and do their best to address any concerns residents have. Neighborhood other than teenagers and kids playing but, generally the whole place is calm. Good deal for reasonably priced apartments.
