I received good professional service at this Southern Tire Mart Location in La Porte I went in to have a semi trailer tire replaced! When I walked in the staff immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome they asked how they could help me, I told them what I needed and they replaced the tire in a timely manner and had me back up and running in no time! I appreciate great service time is valuable! I have pretty much had a positive experience with Southern Tire Mart for a lot of years in the southern region with the exception of one location in Houston, and I gave an honest review on that location! I didn't let one experience stop me from dealing with the entire brand because of so many other great experiences at Southern Tire Mart! Again I really appreciate the staff at this La Porte location for making a huge difference in my life, I was still able to make a safe on time delivery because of your hard work and for that I’m grateful!

Very Quick. They replaced both trailer tires less than 30 minutes. Very clean bathroom and nice and friendly. I was trying to figure out how to back my truck and trailer into the driveway and they helped me.

I had a great experience, they were prompt to answer the phone and told me right away that they did have my tire in stock. The front desk was ready and able to help, I didn't get that up-sale pressure vib, the price was average they also had a huge selection, The tire guy was lightning fast. I will be back.

Really pleased with the pricing. Customer service was good. Took 5 hrs for 2 steers, rotation and alignment because they were short staffed. I will return though.Update: They really take care of me here
