With my experience with AT&T i came in yesterday for the new iPhone 15 pro max a sales women by the name Crystal helped me find a good deal to get away from Verison service she was super kind and friendly and walked me through the process and I came in today for Wifi and Crystal was helping me again. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the box due to personal issues or else i would’ve! She was really determined to sell it and made good points on the use of the WiFi box I really wish I would’ve gotten it.

First off I have never been to this AT&T store, it’s 3 hours from my home. An associate at this location was responsible for charging $1000 in AirPods to my account without asking for photo ID from the customer. Or rather they charged me and pocketed the product themselves. AT&T won’t remove the charges without an “investigation” which they say could take over 30 days. They say I have to pay and they’ll reimburse me “later”. Excuse me??!?? A multibillion dollar corporation hires a scammer then punished my bank account????! After I’ve been a loyal customer for 23 years????? Don’t use this store and rethink giving your business to these guys. I HAD to give them 1 star to post the review. Negative stars was not an option

Personally, I had a great customer service experience at this store. The store is under new management and said employee is more competent than previous managers. I’m confused and saddened to think of the reviews below. Personal lives and someone’s weight should not be displayed in a “star rated review.” I had someone who previously worked there completely misinform meof my purchases and pricing. When I returned to converse with said employee (who no longer works there) the store manager was kind, understanding and swiftly deescalated the situation with reassurance. She took care of every issue I had with ease and knowledge. I am shocked that AT&T would allow such defamation of their workers online a public platform, having nothing to do with their job duties. The comments about “weight” and “baby daddies” has zero context on that persons work ethic. I do not know these people personally, their personal life and struggles are none of my business. I do not go to any AT&T store to fat shame others or judge and stick my nose in the lives of others; as I’m sure no one else would want to be judged or insulted either. The employees fixed my issues which I had with my provider and purchased items. Never once was I in the market for “weight issues” or “baby daddies.” I’m sure upon the hiring process a blank or questionnaire for “baby daddy issues” and “weight” was not any type of requirement for job placement.

This AT&T store on Fairmont Parkway in La Porte, Tx has always been on point. Since being a customer for over a year now I have never been to any other store but this one. I have always had a wonderful and pleasant experience with customer service. Management and all the employees have been more than curtious and respectful to me and my family. They have always been more than helpful with my wireless and internet services!!! Keep up the good work, AT&T needs more employees like yall!!!

The manager Yashira & her employee are amazing I have never been to a store where they have helped me and made me feel like home I would honestly recommend this store and her team they are trained the correct way.

Yesterday afternoon i went in to the store having trouble shoot issues with my new device and i was helped by the manager and 1 of her employees and they were glady to help me out i decided to give them a review due to how my experience and the environment in the store and i also wanted to say i read the review and one of the reviews that stands out has nothing to do with how the manager is as an employee or manager her personal life should of never been exposed that’s unprofessional from who ever did it i can say that the manager is honestly one of the best manager i’ve ever met and how she works and is able to juggle between multiple people and reps it’s amazing

The store or products itself isn’t a problem but the manager Yashira keeps calling us from the store threatening her babydaddy and cursing him out while she’s at work. She also has the other employee involved. I’ve spoke with the hotline regarding their unprofessional behavior and seek immediate resolution.

Heavy chick who was working the front today had me wait 15 mins and then when I asked if she was the only one working today, she replied no but I don’t know if the other lady is free who is sitting in the back eating they open the store at 10 and it was 1017 when I left by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I will never go back to the store and the fat chick in the front of the house is lazy and I wouldn’t trust her to watch paint dry Jesus Christ customer service is gone

I was having issues with my phone after buying an upgrade found out about past issues with the phone as to why I couldn’t have device both David and Bianca were very helpful and stayed consistent until we figured everything out. Very great full for them and their time!

Bianca from the AT&T store in Laporte was extremely helpful during our visit today. Although we were unable to purchase a new phone, she gave us several options in order for my fiance and I to walk out happy! She was personable, and knowledgeable. Her customer service is a 10/10. The workers were incompetent & one was bedazzling a hat the whole time we were there - I think he was the supervisor on duty. They couldn’t transfer my number or my content from my phone (I figured out how to do the latter on my own). On top of these annoyances, they set up my plan incorrectly and even after calling to get it fixed and the customer service rep said it was fixed, now I am getting charged for the insurance I said no to and double what she told me the bill would be. It has been two months of nightmares with our phone bill and calling to get this fixed. All because they didn’t know how to do their jobs.
