Honestly, HEB pumps are your most inconvenient option. Not like it's cheaper here or anything. Way too many features getting in your way and bothering you before you can pump. Would like to support HEB but they need to reconsider how their pumps logic work, only place like it.

I LOVE how big the fuelling bays are here! They were plentiful and wide enough to easily get gas for the RV. Since I didn't feel rushed, I was able to also get a clean windshield. I was glad my RV tank was on empty because this was the best price I found in my entire visit to Texas.

I have always shopped here and since Covid I've weekly had deliveries of my groceries and loved it! Apparently they decided to stop doing H-E-B delivery and instead use favor, which is about the worst of all the delivery companies. I now go grocery shopping at Walmart.

HELLO... I'm Kim & my husband is Tim. We are fairly new (almost a year now) to Texas from So California (we're both born & raised in Cali). H-E-B is an amazing grocery store but some of the employees/partners are EXTRA AMAZING!!! We HAVE TO write a review for an OUTSTANDING, AMAZING, EXCELLENT employee/partner that works in the Deli department (where he gets his sliced turkey). His name is TOSIN... Tosin is such an amazing person! He always goes out of his way to say Hi to us & ask how we're doing! Tosin deserves to be recognized & for H-E-B to know what an asset he is to your company! We actually go straight to the deli counter when we come in now because of his outstanding customer service with us & everyone he comes in contact with while shopping at your store. This is for the H-E-B Plus! 5401 South 1626, Kyle, Texas THANK YOU TO TOSIN for always treating us so kindly, it really means so much to Tim & I... I called today and when they picked up they asked how they could help, great start. When i asked if i could speak to the floral department, they hung up on me. I called back, pressed 5 to speak to the floral department. When they answered they were very quick to answer my questions, they "don't do holds during the holidays", understandable. Again, ended with just being hung up on and i wasn't done asking questions. both calls were under a minute. i wasn't very satisfied : (

The app says the store closes at noon, the voice message says the holiday hours the store closes at noon. But apparently curbside closes at 11 and they will cancel ur order if you are not there by exactly 11. Staff at H‑E‑B care more about getting home early instead of filling customers grocery orders. People work on holidays, get over it. I see no reason curbside could not have stayed open until 12 like the rest of the store. And H‑E‑B could have done so much better at relaying the very early closing hours to customers who did place orders at that time. Walmart has better customer service. Walmart understand customers need FOOD from a grocery store. I will be taking my business to Walmart.

My whole life I have grocery shopped at HEB and one thing I learned very early on is that you can always count on the amazing customer service. Not Today though. I stopped by the HEB gas station and just minutes after my car wouldn't start mind you I am 8 months pregnant and it was so hot this morning!! naturally I was overwhelmed I wait a couple minutes before I call for help. The lady working the pumps proceeds to walk up to my car and ask if I was having car troubles which to I replied "Yes, my car wont start" I kid you not this HEB employee continues to tell me that I need to move asap and that I cant be parked there (this was after I told her my car wouldn't start" she then suggested that I ask random men who were also Pumping gas for help constantly pestering me to move knowing that in that moment there was absolutely nothing that I can do I proceeded to roll up my window and ignore her. Although, I will mention that another young lady also working in the little both came out and offered me a water for that I was so thankful. She was so kind. My point is dont be an ass to people, especially a woman who is very pregnant, emotional and swollen!!

for how huge this place is there are plenty of staff keeping it organized, clean, and stocked, constant shuffle, plenty to choose from, lots of fresh bars made to order, but also bulk options, prices are very reasonable, seasonal products, variety of brands, one stop shopping, bouquet of flowers are beautiful and long lasting, NOTE west side aisles by cheese are for 15 or less then middle is for selfcheck under ten items, then east side by bathrooms and frozen food are for baskets w more than 15 items

I keep getting the wrong groceries when doing pickup. My family uses the drive up option once a week and always have at least one issue where the wrong item is provided. Last week it was quiche Florentine and this week it was craft cheese. Can the workers not take a second to make sure the item is correct?

Today and last week I had the same issues with the new HEB touch screen gas pumps as others have noted...they just don't work very well if at all. And as I was trying today, other folks were having the same issues on other pumps. Hope HEB fixes this, but for now I'll be going to Sunoco or Walmart for gas in Kyle.

I did leave this location can handle 1.1 million great customers. They have able to capacity efficient for that many customers. I do wish it was bigger capacity. For that to happen this coupon buying in bulk . Let you know that HEB's only company has not reduce their hours for promises like Walmart and Walgreens.

Prices aren't bad usually, but they recently upgraded their pumps to a touch screen and the screens are not responsive. The pumps still have a keyboard, but the keyboard doesn't back up the screen, so if you can't get the screen to respond, you aren't getting any gas.
