The service at this salon was great! SHELBY DID A GREAT JOB! Shelby was very professional and my color was great! I have gotten so many compliments. Great job Shelby! You will always be my girl! If you need a color done I highly recommend SHELBY at Sure Cuts in Kingsland Tx. She’s Awesome!!

I went to Sure Cuts today and was greated by an EXTREMELY Rude Person, who's name is SHELBY. She told me I was rude for knocking on their door after 9:00am. She told me that they had other things to do, and that I should take a seat and someone would be with me whenever. I told her she was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and there was no need to talk to me that way, and she LAUGHED AT ME, I said so you think this is FUNNY, and the girl who cuts my hair DID nothing to SUPPORT ME, I would highly recommend NOT EVER USING SHELBY AS YOUR HAIR STYLIST OR EYELASH PERSON. SHE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO BE A PEOPLE PERSON AND BE RESPECTFUL OF CUSTOMERS.

Very friendly staff. I didnt really know how i wanted my hair cut. Stylist would cut some and let me look at it to make sure I liked it. I was able to relax and get one more thing checked off my list.

I’ll say 3.5 stars. I’ve had some of the best and worst haircuts here lol but that has happened at most shops I’ve been to. Just a heads up they are cash only. But fair prices and friendly people are why I return.
