Everyone was amazing to work with. Danny was great with helping us get everything figured out with what we’re moving. The crew that was there to move everything was very kind and helpful making sure everything was where we wanted it. We will recommend them to everyone we know who’s moving in the future.

I am in the middle of unpacking and getting settled from my move 3 days ago. I could not be happier with the services provided by everyone involved. Could not have asked for a better driver and team. They were exceptional! All were very professional yet friendly and cheerful, courteous, and respectful. Can’t say enough good things about them. The special service teams on both ends were excellent too in handling my baby grand piano and marble.

I have moved over 9 times in my career and award North American is by far the best moving service. The packers and movers were very professional and courteous. All our belongings arrived safely & not one item was broken! I can’t say enough good things about Ward North American. I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about how Ward handled our move from Houston to the Pacific Northwest. Our driver, Frankie and his wife, Alma were kind, friendly and super careful with our belongings. They took time to discuss how they planned to protect our antique furniture as well. We had the crew in Houston pack for us and it was well worth it. Both driver and loading/unloading crews were wonderful and responsive to our needs. Do not hesitate to go with Ward for your full service move, they are worth the price.

Excellent service by Ward North American out of Killeen. From initial inventory to coordination to initial loading and delivery, the process was very streamlined. The movers were very professional and experienced at what they were doing. I'm glad I chose them for my move out of state.

The team that handled my packing showed up early and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Marcus and his team showed up on time on move day and as well did a fantastic job with protecting all the pieces and moving them efficiently and quickly. My furniture arrived at final destination very quickly and when driver said he would be there. Overall, I was very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend Ward North American and North American Van Lines for your long distance move.

All of the people we dealt with during the whole move were pleasant and professional. If anything things were overly protected in packing, but there was very little transit or handling damage to our belongings.
A few things were missed in the packing/ loading because I couldn't be on site for that part. My advice would be to be on site at the end of the loading day at a minimum. Having someone there to cover for you is not a effective.

Very Professional, Everyone was friendly answered all questions that we had.The communication was Great! I definitely would recommend them to family and friends from packing and loading to delivery they were amazing.
