I had scheduled a notary appt online, for this location for today 9am-9:30am. I get there on time and was told "oh we don't have a notary until 11am, I do notary but I'm not suppose to be here today". Now why would you tell a customer this, extremely unprofessional. I drove all the way across town because I had an appt, made from UPS website, with your address. This needs to be updated, extremely inconvenient, poor customer service, waste of my precious time and gas.

Very snarky desk staff. Slow service. Often no notary available. Only go here if you have no choice. The store down the street is much better!

This UPS is extremely unreliable. They constantly misplace and lose your mail. Today without giving me any sort of warning letter or notice they closed my P.o. box. i've always been on time with payments and while expecting important mail i've been going in once a week for a month and not a single person told me my account was closed. It's absolutely remarkable how unprofessional this store is. Then they had the audacity to ask if i wanted to open another box. No thanks.
