This place was great! Good customer service & clear communication.
Needed a storage unit for an apartment rehab. I was able to have Lowe’s deliver with their 18 wheeler to bring supplies to the storage unit & my contractors could pull materials for the day as well. Worked out great!
Highly recommend!

The manager @ the Top Value Storage in Killeen was very professional and extremely helpful,I forget his name and I apologize for that but he is top notch and I would recommend this storage facility to everyone. The one across the street ftom The Western Oaks apartments.

Yes I got behind on my storage they cut my locks saying it would be auction off they allowed me to do a payment plan and once I paid it off went to get my stuff out and my big speaker with wheels were gone , only people who could have got in was them or whoever cut the lock off those speakers cost me 800 plus taxes they came with microphone fog machine and lights I guess they only report if someone outside of them steals from a unit

This storage company does not value a customer. Sure, I had a late payment. The 3rd month was when I was able to pay. $70 normally per month. 3rd month and fees to recover water logged furniture?,,,almost $600. Almost all the storage boxes leak throughout the the facility. Go to U-Haul. Much better customer service and late fees aren't as extreme.

My friend got her unit broke into two times still waiting on the insurance to pay her the first. Time was November still waiting for their insurance to pay up

They are all very nice, tenderhearted and sincere. Rented from them for 2 yrs. Loved the reminders by text. I did forget sometimes.
