I booked an appointment online to get my 2015 Honda Fit detailed with the Gold Package ($175) for this morning at 8:30 AM. The first issue I ran into was that I arrived at 8:25 AM (5 minutes prior) and the business was closed. I waited for another 20 minutes until someone finally showed up. According to their website, they had appointments beginning at 7 AM, and their business hours on the website for Saturday are from 7 AM - 4 PM. If your business hours have changed, maybe it would be wise to reflect that on your website so that customers are not misinformed before taking the time to arrive to what they thought was their appointment time. When I gave the technician my key, I asked how long it would be to verify with what their website said, which was one hour. The technician said it would be two hours, which is not what their website said, but I was okay with it and proceeded with the process. Fast forward four hours and I finally get my car back. Mind you there were no options for refreshments (water) and I was never offered anything during my wait, nor did anyone check in to give me any updates, aside from one instance when another technician asked me about shampooing the interior of my car when I was about two hours into my wait. I don’t go to businesses expecting anything, but typically any type of car business has at least water available and I was there for quite a while, so it would have been the polite thing to do for a customer. I did a quick inspection because I was not expecting to be there for four hours (which is four times as long as what I was originally quoted at) and needed to leave. I told the technician that everything was good since it appeared that way to me during my quick inspection, but I later noticed that there were still spots/areas all throughout my vehicle that could have been cleaned without any issues. There is a difference between a stain that is as clean as it will get and poor quality work. If I can wipe it off with some spray and a cloth, then there is no reason the technician could have done the same. Then, when I went to pay, the technician tried to charge me the full $175 when all I owed was $150 due to the $25 deposit that’s required when booking an online appointment, which goes towards the total cost of the detailing (according to the website). My car was just purchased this past Monday, August 21, 2023, and was truly not very dirty at all, and it is a small 4-door hatchback, so there is no reason why it should have taken as long as it did. For the amount of time I waited past the promised time, the quality of work could have been far better. While it is my fault for not performing a more thorough inspection before leaving, I still should have been able to leave there without having to worry about there being forgotten/poorly cleaned spots/areas. I would give 2.5/5 stars if it was an option, but I will be nice and give 3/5 stars because I would like to believe that the results I received are not a true representation of this business and that they can do better (according to what other customers have had to say).

For a 3 hour detail and the poor detailing it was not done enough for a 3 hour wait dash still had dust on it door jams and under body was not done for someone who is in the business you should rethink doing this Job . I have been in the auto industry for 20yr and if my detail guys would have done this kind of job they would not be working anymore. I could have done better job in 60 to 90 minutes and would have been looking better than the 3 hours job you have done

I paid 87 dollars for a small car for my daughter to be detailed. I received the car the same way that I turned it in. I also had appointment at 1000 and the detail people wasn’t even at work.I advise not to have your vehicle detail hereEven a basic detail supposed to look different.This is a horrible car detail company

I spilled a large soda in my wife's car floor. They was able to get me in last minute before closing and did a fantastic job at getting all the soda out. Highly recommend, friendly and greeted with smiles. Will be back for any future car detailing needs.
