This is a great company. This was the first company in 2017 that we rented from and now we came right back to they’re really good. and I really like the places that I have lived.This is gonna be the second place and I really like it. Their easy to work with once you do your part

Do not rent from these people. It was the worst year of our lives. We are a military family. They charged us multiple times for things that weren’t our fault. For example, our stove cracked and it was determined that it was an electrical fault of the stove and the owner still charged us for the entire stove. Someone crashed into the fence and we were charged over 1K to get it fixed. The employees were disrespectful and rude. They also did an end of contract inspection and walked into our house without knocking or ringing the doorbell. After confronting that they can’t just walk into our home like that, the worker stated “I have the right to do that as per the contract you signed.” What??? You sign your rights away to them LOOK before you sign. They also charged us 300 dollars for mounting our TV on the wall even though it says we can in our contract. Stay away from this place. It’s a money pit and they will find any way to charge extra money from you.

Apartment complex do not honor disability related needs of their residents and will not accommodate apartment changes even if it is medically supported by a doctor. If you are considering this companies properties, then I will recommend for you all to not select Jim Wright Company

Moved out apartment on industrial blvd which was a total dump when I moved in!! Cleaned it up and kept it clean and was charged almost 1800$ in repairs when the apartment is only worth 500$!! Total rip off artists and scammers!! That’s alright, God don’t like ugly and is looking at you greedy money hungry demons!! Hope you enjoy ripping God fearing law abiding people!! Don’t know how you sleep at night!! Enjoy my 600$ deposit and 150$ carpet cleaning fee!!

10 out 10 we just moved to Texas looking for a rental property and they helped so much! Including giving us information about setting up services for other things! And Stefan Clark was amazing great communication with us and very helpful and everyone at the front desk is wonderful :)
