I'd like to express how appreciative I am of Clem for being so kind and helpful. He was very professional answered all of my questions and even called me back keeping me updated on the tow. Also, my husband expressed how helpful and kind Art was when he arrived to pick the vehicle up. Art called me as soon as the tow was complete to let me know that the vehicle had made it safely to its destination. I highly recommend this tow company. Thankyou all and God bless!

Art is a guy that you need to keep. Making his way out to me from Killeen to Gatesville in the middle of the night on a Saturday then taking my car to Copperas Cove and dropping it at my house and this guys attitude and demeanor was fantastic, over the top. Thank you J & A for having this guy on your team. I will not forget.

I cannot thank Victor, from J&A Towing and Recovery located in Killeen, Tx, enough for all his work this morning. From the phone call I received telling me he was on his way, to another call shortly after letting me know closer of his eta, he went above and beyond to assist me with broken down vehicle. Austin from J&A Towing and Recovery came to assist me when my battery died. He arrived way faster than the estimated time of arrival (about 45 minutes sooner). Once we got the car started Austin offered to follow me to AutoZone to make sure I got what I needed. He even installed the new battery for me, making the whole process so easy and stress free for me. I would 1,000% use this company again if I ever have any car issues in the future.

My car broke down in between Belton and Nolanville they told me 30 minutes the tow guy was there in leass than 15 minutes. Towed my car to killeen. Guy was very nice and professional. Will recommend of you need a good tow. Sorry tow guy I don't remember your name.
