Brian is a consummate professional. I close on my new home with Brian in just over a week and I can tell you without hesitation that Brian made this whole process enjoyable and informative. I found Brian through his Hood Homes Blog website, where I was actually looking for a buyers agent. I didn't realize while I was reading the blog that the author was an actual agent himself. I remember being impressed that a real estate agent would author an unbiased blog about other real estate agents and all of their impressive sales and results oriented statistics. It takes a self confident individual to highlight the attributes and accomplishments of his competitors in the industry. I knew right away that Brian was the agent I wanted to work with.I knew immediately that I made the right decision. Brian is incredibly thorough in his analytics about homes, areas and comps. We looked at many homes and he would take the time on each one to review the area, the historical sales data and the analytics so that he could best advise me on a course of action. He was on time for every appointment, always dressed in a suit and never made me feel like I was wasting his time, no matter how many homes we walked through.I made offers on several homes, and each time Brian took the time to listen to what I wanted out of the home and the transaction, and each time took the necessary time and steps to incorporate everything into a professional offer for me to review, and then kept me informed every step of the way.I ended up with the best home i could hope for in the best area we researched. With Brian's support that the home was worth the price and the area was worth the investment, we made an offer that was subsequently negotiated and accepted to my satisfaction. And even though I shopped around for the best financial arrangements with several banks, including my own, I ended up signing with the local lender that Brian had originally recommended to me. Their knowledge of Brian and his knowledge of how they operate made the entire process seamless, stress free and super fast. We managed to move up our closing date by 3 weeks because the process was so familiar to Brian and he knew everyone to contact and everyone to call.It's been a home run for me and as a busy professional, I appreciate the amount of work Brian took on for himself so that I didn't have much to worry about. He even returned an email at 1:00am ... that's impressive! He's flawless in communication and he's a genuinely nice and pleasant person to talk to.No matter the reckless directions I would go, he always kept me grounded and fiscally aware of my decisions. Without regard to his own financial gain, his advice was to always spend the least if everything else was equal. He's a true client adviser and I always felt like he was keeping my best interests ahead of his own. In fact, I never doubted that to be the case the whole way.I would recommend him for all of your real estate needs without hesitation.

I was new to the area, and this site was the perfect source of information for a new comer like myself. The site is rich on real estate information, and very informative on the home purchasing process, potential areas to living, builders in the area, etc. I'm very thankful I found this blog before moving to the area and making any decisions.
