“Had my hot water tank serviced. Needed a new thermalcoupler the original one would no longer ignite. A young man the ( grandson) I believe. I thought the tank was on its last leg but he replaced the part and made sure it was igniting. I'm a widow and anything dealing with gas worries me. He set it on the correct setting not too hot not too cold. Thank you.The man that services my tank has always been nice no problem. And his service is greatly appreciated. Thank you”

I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful. We had a bit of a language barrier because they are using the vernacular of their Trade and I am describing what I want in layman's terms. Once we cleared the hurdles of jargon, the experience went very well. Quinn and "Pluckie" were exceptionally helpful and it reinforces the notion that employees "make" the business. It is difficult to say if the location is more advantages than perhaps some others, but the location supports access from more than one direction using main thoroughfares, and even with a significant amount of traffic I could easily get to and from the lumber yard.”

“Last Saturday we went to Lowe's to do the chalk board project . We were told the projects got sent to the Temple store. I tried to rectify the issue by offering to go to Temple to pick them all up so all the kids could do their projects. I was told that was not an option . However when speaking to Hayden , one of the managers , he let the kids pick out a kit they sale in the store and said that if the other kits come to the store they would call me to come pick up. Today Hayden called me and said they had some at the store for me . THANK YOU , THANK YOU Hayden , Mel and Reggie for helping us out !! Above all thank you Hayden for coming through so my daughter and her friends could build their chalkboard!! She absolutely loves it !!! Lowes has for the most part been very easy to work with and are willing to fix most issues I've had.”
