The lady they had behind the counter was very short with customers and if you asked her a question she was extremely dismissive and rude (because you know she was very busy standing there in her phone)

Had what I needed. Super employee....he kept his cool while the Karen in front of me was a KAREN. He only had to explain their return policy 5 times to her while I was there, very politely. He apologized for her transaction taking so long. I don't know how long she was there for in total. But for the 25 minutes I was there she was doing nothing but giving him grief.

Im literally calling these ppl cause my wife payed off the wrong game pre order... some female put the phone on the counter. Left it there I literally have the phone call recorded. I spend to much money here for somebody to disregard me like that. I'm calling corporate first thing Monday morning. I'm sending them the recorded call. She sent her last customer out talking abt we bout to close go across the street. Where they do that at.

It’s GameStop, you know what they are about. They will undervalue your trade in, have no one at the desk, and horrible wait times for releases. With that said they came in clutch when I needed a Wii-U charger cord for my system and when I needed an original Xbox controller.

The worst experience ever … that Anthony guy they have working there has no manners and has no sale experience literally the worst person you can ever work with . They usually don’t do discounts on console but because of his stupidness they had to give me one because he doesn’t know what he’s doing
