I’m here on a Saturday afternoon, 1pm, with one person checking out customers. The line has 15-20 customers waiting to check out. I have been in line for 15 minutes.

Love the store but horrible line every time. It's almost disrespectful. The 3 people on registers are always hustling...bless their hearts. Open more lines for check out because you have dedicated customers that love your store right now. Do it for your customers because we will not just get used to this line....I'll leave and so will others.

Horiible place to shop sat in line for almost an hour while employees stand around very slow paced at the register they need to hire faster people on the register

Visiting mom from out of town she spoke highly of Burlington, oh my I love this store!! They have so many beautiful things & great prices!! I'll be back on my next visit ? Clean & organized, cashiers very friendly ?

No registers up front. You have to go all the way to the back. No one says anything while you're walking through the long maze to get to register. Just watched me. I put my items down and left. I don't know what happened to the store, it just isn't the same.

Not a great experience. The place wasn't very busy when I got there. They hadn't opened the front registers so I went to the shops in the mall. After finishing my errands in the mall I went back to get a pair of shoes I saw in Burlington. I went to the front registers and was told they were only checking out in the back. Odd, but okay. Went to the back and waited in line, Only to have that same woman come to the back registers and select the person three customers back to check out. I am a chill person so I didn't make a stink but the customers behind me told her she was wrong. She didn't care. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but the only difference between me and the other people is I'm disabled with a service dog. I don't go to Burlington often and this experience doesn't encourage me to return.
