I bought two used tires from there yesterday, and later that night I had a blow out. Took my car back and tried to explain what happened, before I could, he was like there is a nail in your tire it was flat when you where driving it and that’s why the side blew out. Then ask if I lived in a construction area, and wouldn’t replace the tire, but tried to sale me a new one, but under further inspection I looked at the other tire he sold me, and it to had a large nail in it. “SMH”

I recommend this shop to everyone . I drive back-and-forth to Austin five days a week . I went to BIG ZACK Tire ShacK for a flat repair today. And the light skinned Spanish guy started checking all my tires while his co working was repairing my flat tire. I’m glad he checked all my tires because I had two back tires that was bad that had the wires coming out of them. I had them bad tires replaced with great condition used tires. Thanks Big Zack for saving my life
