I wish I could give 0 stars. They knowingly made me wait months for a car I ordered just to charge me almost double for the car the day the car arrived claiming it was because of about 10000 dollars in"warranties". I hope they close down or get new management

Absolutely horrible customer service, no updates on car status, nobody ever answers the phone, having to take my vehicles back multiple times due to service not completed. Would not recommend.

I have had my 2021 Lariat in for more warranty work than I ever had to have on my 1998 Ford 150. Regardless, this location refuses to repair a factory default on my tailgate bed liner. They say it's wear and tear.Been waiting three days now for the GM to call me for a meeting. I will not quit. But I recommend going to Temple or Georgetown. Soldiers beware.

Unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Didn't even leva my car with them the service was so terrible checking it in. Having eyes rolled at me and interrupted when trying to speak and explain issues with my vehicle.

If you want to get taken advantage of my all means they are your people! It was actually no surprise to me they have a 1.5 star rating on yelp. I get with the way the market is some prices are fluffed to make a little bit of something on a sale. However this dealership feels it's necessary to put a $10k markup on newer vehicles for the sole reason they are a "hot commodity" steer clear away from dealerships like these. And if a dealership does do this be sure it's reflected in the price posted online. The search continues for an honest dealership in Central Texas!

Buying a car from Killeen Ford was the worst car buying experience. Stay away from this dealership and a salesman named Lowell. Stay away from Gerald. They lie. They cheat. They rip you off. They sell new cars with known defects. Killeen ford: when you see the color pink, you're about be hoodwinked!

I have never been so disappointed in a business. I have purchase vehicles from Automax in Killeen and they have done all the service work for years for both personal and for my farm business. Clearly the new ownership doesn't understand or care about customer service. My F350 pickup developed an oscillation in the front, about the time I received a recall notice to take it to a Ford service center and have it repaired for free. On Monday, I scheduled and appointment for Wednesday morning and asked to talk to the service writer, I was told they do not take calls until 11:00 am and one would call me back. On Tuesday, I called back because they never called and was told they do not talk to customers on the phone (I have always been able to speak to a service writer before if needed) and I should just come in and everything would be taken care of for the recall and a lower if they couldn't do the work while I wait. I took off work and arrived 35 minutes before my 7:30 appointment so I could wait for the vehicle. When they opened, the service writer advised me.1. It would cost $100.00 to diagnose the problem. They would not do the work recall work without the diagnoses. 2. I needed to drop it off and leave the truck. They don't stand behind what they sell any longer. Would not recommend them.

I have purchased a number of vehicles when the dealership was automax ford and never really had a problem with purchase or service. Since the new owners have taken over this dealership isn't worth dealing with. They tell you one thing and do another. Then they try to blame you for the information you were given being wrong. They don't follow up on anything and if you call customer service, no one answers the phone. Complaints to Ford Corporate get the same results. They try to call to resolve things and no one is available to talk to them. I will never waste my time with this dealership again. When it's time for a new vehicle I will go somewhere else. This dealership has become horrible.

If you are in the market for a new whip go see Lovell L. He really did his thang and was able to get me into the car I really wanted and not to settle for something just to settle. I truly appreciate his service and I would definitely recommend going to see him. Thank you Lovell.

Every time we come here, we have an appointment. Every time we wait over 2 hours. Why have appointments of you don't plan to honor them? Once again over 2 hours and still waiting....with an appointment!!! They are nice and friendly but don't honor time or appointments. Always wanting to "add services" not needed. Sales department specialize in ripping off people. My car was used. No high mileage, bought, Driven a couple 100 miles brought back. They sold it to me as new. Should have been at least $6-8,000 less. Kelly blue book backed me on this. They refused. They are not the only cat place around here to be this bad. Seems to be a Killeen thing. Go to a smaller mom and pop car lot. They are happy to serve you and be honest. Sorry Automax I tried to like y'all. I really did.
