Store is kept clean and neat, employees are friendly. Only downside is that we didn't get a car wash, so price was 20 cents higher than either gas buddy or Shell reported.

I’ve been to this location’s multiple times and the employees have been great. However, this morning was a different story. I have never complained about a gas station employee but the interaction I had this morning was mind blowing. I came in and purchased this item before and knew exactly what I wanted but not the name or what it was exactly. The employee was extremely rude and condescending. She had a very in your face attitude. When I ask what her name was she said Crystal and with a stern voice said I’m the store manager. I guess she missed the training on customer curtesy or trying to go above and beyond for a customer. I’ll skip out on this store if I see the “manager” there. Truly, I have never seen a manager act this way and the company should really rethink whose in charge of their store.

I do not Recommend...tried to purchase fuel and denied service because the worker did not want to have to count quarters. Really sad to deny service to a paying customer.

Filled up their $58 worth of fuel Decided to get in $8 car wash After leaving the car wash I noticed my back window was very dirty. So I wiped it with a paper towel and it was black so I went inside and showed the manager there said he would not give me another car wash so when I demanded corporates phone number he said I can find it myself and told me to leave.

The manager is dreadful and only cares about herself. She has tried to make people work knowing they may have covid so beware and has no empathy for others. She is rude to customers and treats her staff like crap. There are better Shells in town so go somewhere else

Completely deceptive advertisement of discount on gas with purchase of car wash. I will no longer purchase anything at this location. Price of car wash also uncompetitive with most car wash prices in town.

It's a gas station....My complaint is the deceptive sign on the pricing, to get the advertised price on gas you have to have a special card and go inside and ask for the reduced price. If the advertised price is not available to all customers don't put it on your sign...
