The entire staff, office and veterinarians, are superb. Need acupuncture for your pet? Ask for Dr. Rosenbaum. My dog absolutely loves going there and he thinks Dr. Rosenbaum rocks.

I bring a unlocked device to activate with metro on this store. The employee working there checked IMEI in system and told me, I can not use this device with metro. I ask for a SIM card (which she provide reluctantly) and insert in my phone and voilà it was working. I show her phone but guess what since her SYSTEM says no, she refused to provide me service. I was like my phone is compatible so I can buy services. She was like not in this store. Ok lady, you are right.

when i signed on i specifically requested that i choose service each month and that i was not interested in a plan contract. after 4 to five years and i am now choosing to opt out of using metro. not only did the insuance company assurant that metro support access my bank account without my authorization they also took my cash deductible across the counter of 200$ and stole 299.40 out of my account without authorization. the phone that they supplied as replacement to the broken phone doesnt work either. they now have 499.40$ of my money. i am without a working phone and in disability status 62 years of age with covid and no way to communicate. i have been on the help line for 3 or 4 days 3 to 4 hours at a time. i have also been to metro counter 3 to 4 times..now i ask would you use metro?

Sorriest phone company ever created. The workers in kerrville stole our money off two banks and our phones are still not on. Crooks telling us we still owe 45.00. they got 90.00 dollars but did not send us a reference number for ssi card transaction. They stole government money. I'd like to know which employee pocketed the money. Worst employee customer I've ever had after stealing from the customer. I'll never use this phone company again thanks to employees in the kerrville store. Hire better employees metro or keep losing customers.

The sign said they opened at 10am but they were closed, so we did some shopping and came back at 10:30 . We were ready to spend 500 cash for my mom but we we're looked at like we were bothering them. So very disappointed today

I stopped by to purchase a new phone. I selected the one I wanted. She goes to ring me up and starts adding additional fees. I asked what is this she informed me that its part of the activation. I told her I never had to pay these in the past. She informed me that they are a franchise store not a corporate store. So I canceled the purchase , drove to San Antonio and found a corporate store and purchased the same phone. Saved 40% from what they were wanting to charge.

These people are the most professional and quickest, I have dropped in my broken iPhone XS for an LCD repair. They got me a loaner, gave me a $40 quote cheaper than anywhere and got my phone back within less than 2 hours with a free Screen protector on it. They even fixed my Metro Plan and lowered for me from $60 to $50 with the same features. I highly recommend them, Thanks

I am very upset as the husband I am speaking to her husband's out there that someone went into the store and use my wife's name and opened an account without permission without consent I thought that was against the law so be very careful about Metro PCS because they are able to open an account under your name without your consent and I believe that that is wrong in Kerrville Texas
