Have used them several times in the past, for several things. They have always been helpful and courteous. Called them today about an issue with outdoor speakers. Instead of coming out and charging me, they solved the issue with me over phone very quickly, and solved my problem.

Used them many years ago and they were excellent. Contacted them a few months ago about wiring a new home for internet and TV. Sent them a floor plan and asked for a bid and never heard back. Apparently, if you're not going to buy new equipment from them, they're not interested in your job.

They did the install for my exede internet a couple weeks ago. Arrived when they said they would, very polite and professional. Finished the job quick and left no trace behind. Great Job!

Michael, the owner, is wonderful at navigating through the complication of various integrated technologies and recommending the one best suited to the homeowner's personal needs. That included not always recommending the "top-of-the line" for which his honesty and candor were greatly appreciated. You can not go wrong with this company!
