AVS of Kerrville and Kevin are the absolute BEST! We needed to run some CAT-5 ethernet cable in the house and with the cathedral ceilings we have and lack of attic space this was not possible.... Kevin quickly came up with a solution to this... a \\\"Mesh\\\" system for our internet... My wife and I could not be happier with AVS - Kerrville and Kevin... he has been absolutely slammed at work... He came out on Saturday to install our Mesh System and hardwire the items we needed off of the new system. If you need any type of Home Video/Audio work you CANNOT go wrong with these guys! Pertinence as I said, they are busy, but what a great experience and service! Thank you again Kevin and Audio Video Solutions - Kerrville

About 4 years ago, AVS (Kevin), installed $3K + of equipment in our future retirement home. We were very pleased with the work and had no issues. As of 9 months ago, my wife and I have retired and moved into the home. On two occasions over the last 2+ years we have over the phone and in person tried to get some answers to tweeking or upgrading our system. On both occasions we were referred to Kevin (who was unavailable). We left our contact info and were assured that we would be contacted. We have never been contacted. Evidently business is so good that making a 30 second contact call is impossible. Doug
