Not the professional Garden of Eden experience I was expecting. I was contemplating this place over Bulk Peroxide and decided on this place because they seemed wholesome and full of light. My gallon peroxide package was delivered to the wrong gated apartment. I couldn't open a claim through Fedex. I left voicemails - no response. Sent emails no response. I had to reach out to them on Instagram just to be given a suprising response that it was not their fault. When I sought clarification the person that answered revamped their statement and said it wasn't their fault or mine. I was asking for them to open up a claim with Fedex. Due to the method of shipping they ship (Fedex Post), Fedex will not allow you to open a claim. It must be done by the shipper. I made this very clear to the guy I spoke to. He practically ignored what I said and when I inquired again a couple of days later after not hearing anything, he asked me if I opened up a claim. I reiterated again what I told him from day one that he must initiate the claim. Still nothing. I believe they either never opened a claim or open a claimed and had it sent to them and never refunded me and practically paid themselves twice. The guy stated I could open a claim or have the refund credited to them and they reship the product and that Fedex would correct their mistake. I told them again that Fedex would not allow me to open a claim as the receiver and they must do it. Something so simple. They will not open a claim on your behalf if it is misdelivered. $77 gone down the drain. I reordered from Bulk Peroxide and had an amazing experience plus they have insurance, better pricing, and great customer service. When I stated nothing had been done the ignimatic individual narcissistically stated I was assumming things because they did check that the package was insured. They checked but never told me they checked until I inquired and they did absolutely nothing to fix it. I never blamed the company but asked if they could initiate the claim for Fedex and still they refused. This is not a high vibrational place ran by high vibrational people. Quite the opposite. They could care less whether you receive your package or your money back.

I waited a month for my product of Foodgrade H202. I sent two emails after two weeks of waiting and the order still showing "processing." The emails were never replied to. I finally called them on 9/21 and was met with an extremely rude "representative," who answered the phone as if it was his cell phone, and made it clear that he would not be helping me (did not look up the order, had no interest in looking up the order, just kept referencing their website and to contact them over email... which I did... to no avail) and that he would not be processing a refund and to follow their website for refund policy information but, AND I QUOTE, "to be honest they probably won't accept your refund." What? I did not receive any product. My order still shows processing. No emails were responded to. I would avoid this "company" at all costs if you're looking to purchase H202. I wanted to support a small business in my purchase. That failed.

Where do i start?! Im surrounded by such good vibrational , compassionate , intellectual people, and delicious healthy food! This place will water the garden of your soul. I came here because i didnt want to feel guilty about leaving a carbon footprint anymore. this place is so giving and they dont expect very much at all. But they make me want to help them as much as i can so when i work, i work out of love which is the best way to work! I dont wake up dreading the days anymore! I feel so much healthier and energetic. They are teaching me so much knowledge about sustainability which is so important coming from a society where u have to rely on the government. Im so glad i don't have to feed the corporate machines. My life is finally filled with good karma! I feel free and alive. I'm out in nature everyday, just like its meant to be!
