“Want to start this off by saying I was there at the store the day Andre Gonzalez (the guy who left the second most recent review after this) was there.Andre was completely entitled and childish. He gave the employee a coupon that was expired then proceeded to make a scene after the employee said he could not use it. The employee then explained to him how oriellys would send him new ones to replace his old ones. However that was not good enough for Andre he demanded a discount right there in store. After the employee told him that’s not the policy Andre proceeded to yell and insult the employees as he was walking out. The employee kept it professional and courteous never raising his voice and kept telling Andre to “have a nice day”I’ve been coming to this store for years and never had any problems the guys are always great and friendly. I just thought it was wrong how an entitled customer tried to leave such a negative review because he did not get his way.”
“They are Cash Only now! I've been going here for years whenever I needed a battery replaced (Personal Car and Work trucks). They've moved to the Calhoun location now which doesn't have a sign on the building but it's there. The guy working actually stopped me from replacing my battery and spending extra money after he tested my old battery which turned out to be still good. Turns out it was my Car starter and not my battery. He's a good and honest dude for that.”

Because of the amount of the purchase he never got tried of me having to add card to pay the amount. At the age of 65yrs old a lot of people would have help me the way he did. He even had the part delivered to the location he’s at because I have no car. He is outstanding in outstanding person at I think God he was here today. “Ted was very helpful. Battery died in my elderly mom's GMC Terrain, and it's an AGM battery, so it's harder to install. Therefore, O'Reilly is not allowed to install these as they could be liable if something went wrong. So, he helped me get a new battery and recommended someone to install it for me, who was two minutes away. Done in no time! Thank you, Ted, for your help and friendliness as well”

“The one on 287 was great even tho they didn't replace my pigtail that got messed up after they gave me an alternator with a bad plug in. When I had the alternator warranteed which I shouldn't have had to do. The 287 Oreillys on ft Worth avenue made sure the replacement fit the pigtail plugin like the other one should have which would've save me time and headache, thanks Eric. Would've given 5 stars if they would've replace the pigtail that the alternator didn't work on.”
