Started terrible but worked out in the end. Communication is terrible some people there just don’t answer their phone period or call you back after leaving several voice mails. It took weeks to get quote, weeks to schedule to set tank which was last week. Supposed to be here today to complete hook up and fill tank and test but nobody has shown up or called yet. Not surprised. Edited After they saw my review they called and were very disappointed in the service they provided, they gave me a discount and made things right I hope this type of service will continue. Thanks for taking responsibility most companies do not do that anymore.

Pico deserves a great big "Way to Go" for keeping propane prices reasonable and consistent during these hard times in the U.S. of A. Each refill order was done as requested and as promptly as their courteous staff could manage due to weather and current demands for their service. Safety checks are always done, and any problems are corrected on our tank. Their delivery truck drivers call ahead to ensure our ranch gate is unlocked and drive carefully to avoid damage by their heavy truck.Big Thanks, Pico Team! All of you deserve it!

They were able to get us scheduled for a delivery right away. The members of staff that I talked to over the phone and with in person were both very friendly and helpful. We will be going with Pico for all of our future propane needs!

The driver that delivered and setup my tank was very polite and professional. My tank was setup exactly as I requested in what I believe was a very short amount of time. I look forward to continued service and will absolutely put Pico at the top of my personal referrals.

Thank you for your prompt service. I used your order form off the website Saturday afternoon and received a reply within 10 minutes. I stated that we were 20% on the gauge and to schedule us whenever a truck was in the area. I didn’t think about it until my wife called me Tuesday and told me the dogs were going crazy and the Pico truck was making a delivery. I appreciate the service you provide as we heat our pool and hot tub throughout the fall/winter.MBM

PICO charges an additional 4% if you pay with a credit card. I’m not sure they did this in the past but I don’t appreciate this practice.

I have used Pico for about 6 years. The service is and has always been amazing. I always try to order early but two different times they have seriously bailed me out when I messed up. I can't recommend them highly enough. Another review complained about the price but Pico has very little to do with that. The service is great!

If you want your propane tanks filled if its 7 gallons it'll be $21 each. It's just as bad as Dynasty
