“Palma as well as the other staff there ( including the manager) are helpful, courteous and just all around good folks. Had a bag of groceries not make it home with me, and the manager went out of his way to make it right by watching the cameras, seeing the error and then covering what I lost. 5 stars!”

“Great store. Shelves are always stocked. Only time they are empty is when they are rearranging for new stock. I found some decorative containers for my coffee bar. I only grabbed one. I ended up going to 4 or 5 dollar trees looking for it. I didn't want to order 2 dozen online. My husband went in and asked them if they will restock. They did! ?”
“They have a new young man working there (I wish I would've gotten his name) that was surprisingly pleasant and helpful. I don't always experience that at this location. When the register rang up my items incorrectly, he quickly called the manager who instructed him to override the price, and walked away. He didn't know how, and called her back, sayinghe hadn'tdone this before, but wanted to learn how. She allowed him to look at the keys and correctly walked him through it. Great teamwork and great teaching and learning experience for them both!! Thanks for the fast and friendly service young man! Keep that attitude and you will go far in life!!”

“I cannot say enough about how GREAT it is to have The Dollar General store. Everyone is so friendly. They have a great variety and have saved me from running into Cove or Lampasas on many occasions. I've heard of dollar General stores in other states have some produce. That would be nice too.Prayers answered about 2 plus years ago. Our Kempner Dollar General offers fresh produce, a definite time saver for sure. The staff is amazing, especially Paula.”
