I recently moved to Texas from Chicago where I always placed my orders from Lonestar. I've now had the chance to meet a lot of the employees of the company when I pick up my orders and I must say they are exceptional. Everyone is very helpful and the products are fantastic. So happy I live closer so I can stop in anytime.

TLDR: broken glass, incorrect orders, customer service lies, website doesn't work properly, have to file chargebacks.
Be warned - this is not a professional company. First, their shopping cart hasn't worked properly since they made some updates last year. When I try to place an order it says make address is incorrect (it's not). When I emailed customer service they acted like it was only happening to me. But when I called to place my order, they informed me it was happening to a lot of people and that customer service was lying to me. Sorry but I don't shop with liars and those I can't trust. And I don't want to have to call every time I need an order. I often order at night...on weekends...etc. Plus I want to verify that my order is correct myself and not rely on someone else.
I've ordered glass from them, but when I do, it's never bubble wrapped. I've spoken with customer service and the assured me they would be more careful with shipping glass (lying, liars gonna keep lying).
Last time I ordered glass it came in a giant box with 1 loose sheet of paper inside. That type of packaging will cause MORE damage because it allows the interior box with glass to rattle around. So half of the wrong size candle vessels (yes wrong size because I had to place my order over the phone instead of via website) was broken. I've discussed with customer service that it's really dangerous to ship glass incorrectly because then your customers are forced to handle broken glass.
When I emailed them to notify of the damage, they didn't email me back. I've emailed 3 times but haven't been emailed back so now I have to file a chargeback. In the past, when I've emailed customer service I have received phone calls?? Which is crazy. I'm in an out of meetings all day. I don't have time for your call - that's why I emailed. If a customer emails you - email them back. If a customer calls you answer the phone. DUH. But it's clear that their customer service is just full of lying liars and this company is not professional.
