I just moved to Keller and was looking for Dry Cleaners. I tried this cleaners last week and I was amazed with their customer service and quality. Their same day service is phenomenal and their prices are very reasonable. Also drive thru service is so convenient. Ignore the $15 to have two shirts clean and laundered -two shirts! Holy smokes that is expensive. 2nd time in a row I requested that they be folded and boxed and when I went to pick them up they were on hangars. Clearly says in bold letters at the top of the receipt FOLD/Box! I asked the woman who brought them out to the car to Fold them and she said she can't. Only went here last two times because Hidden Lakes went out of business but have to find a new cleaner quickly!

Went to have a leather coat dry cleaned and was originally quoted 60$ but upon arrival they tried to charge me 110$. I was not notified or told of any price change. The staff was unhelpful and uncaring, and the owner did not take responsibility for the mistaken price or staff. I will not be returning

They really should remove fluff and fold from their website advertisement. I don't use this type of service often, but I have used it a fair amount in the past in the Fort Worth market. This place absolutely GOUGES you with the "FU" price for this service. It's insane...no where near market and I can only assume they don't really do this. I'm sure they're fine for dry cleaning dress shirts for the teeth & tans crowd. They are rip offs on fluff and fold.

I've been going here for roughly 2 years and have never had any problems. They are very friendly and my clothes come out clean and pressed perfectly. They answer the phones when you call and are quick with the turnaround.

My daughter dropped off a bridesmaid dress to be cleaned before a wedding that she is in on Friday. She dropped it off On Saturday and was told it would be ready Monday afternoon. She went in to pick it up today (on Tues) and they told her to come back in 3 hours. It wasn't ready. When she did they told her they lost the dress and the employee gave it to another customer. Juoan the manager told her they would reimburse her for the dress and did she have a receipt. She told him she paid the brides mother cash for the dress since the mother bought them. She told the manager she did have the tag for the dress and he said, ok bring it in. When I went in with my daughter he called the owner, Su. Needless to say, they backpeddled on paying for the dress. I called the Keller Police and they came to be a witness to this dilemma. They told us we can buy another dress and they would pay for the new one. Just to be clear. We bought one online this evening and we now have to wait for the dress. My daughter told the bride what happened and she was devastated. We also weren't able to get the same dress. When we go back in with a receipt we will have to see what happens. Worst cleaners ever
