“My daughter needed some boots for a dance, so we decided to visit Boot Barn for the first time. When we walked in, the atmosphere wasn’t so welcoming. (After I invited the Holy Spirit in, I felt a lot better). We picked out a pair of cute boots, my daughter wanted an outfit. Lesly approached us and offered assistance. After telling her my daughter’s style of dress, Lesly picked out several cute tops. We loved and purchased them all. She was amazing. She’s down to earth, smiled, and was genuine the entire time. My daughter wants to shop at Boot Barn for “back to school” this fall. We will open a Boot Barn credit card and max it out with Lesly.”

Everything was displayed nicely and very organized. There was a large selection and many shoe options to choose from in the kids and women section. “I missed my change to do the survey but I really hope that the employees that helped me get some recognition! I was there on 3/25/23 and was looking for some new shoes that just dropped (the De Luxe Heel) , one employee told me that they wouldn’t have anything new like that which is fair with Katy mills being an outlet mall but another employee over heard me and asked what size I needed. Someone returned a pair earlier that day! It just so happened to be in my size and the color I wanted! Y’all were so kind to me even when I was overly excited over a pair of shoes. Thank you to everyone who worked that day!!”

“Ever find yourself halfway to your destination, and you forgot to pack your swimsuit? Well, that happened to me on a recent trip to Galveston, where everybody was going to the pool and guess who forgot their bathing suit? I remembered all the other accoutrements: sunglasses, cute hat, flip-flops, sunscreen, and everything but, you guessed it, my bathing suit! Using my trusty Yelp app, I found a nearby beach place that sold bathing suits, and when I walked in, I was greeted by the sales person over the sound of large fans and classic rock. I tried on a bathing suit, but to my chagrin, these coconuts needed bigger holders. So I thanked the sales person and headed around the corner to Academy where I bought a two-piece front zippered top and matching bottom that looks like I should be surfing on a surfboard but if you know me, that is highly improbable. So I headed back to the hotel with a $91 purchase that I thought was overkill for a pool party and very unlikely for me to wear again. Once I got back to the hotel, it seems that pool plans were not going to happen and we were going straight to dinner. So your girl never got to wear, said beach outfit. She nice back home, a few days later, I looked at the bag with receipt inside, bathing suit pieces untouched, I decided to head to my local Academy to return it, and I wondered if I would have problems. When I walked through the door, I was greeted by security and he opened the bag and put a return orange sticker on it and directed me to a cashier who immediately scanned it And asked me no questions and the funds were immediately returned to my card, I just had to print my name sign and that was it. The easiest return ever. Thank you Academy and maybe this is my sign to take more active classes and maybe I'll go back and get that bathing suit after all lol”

“I went shopping here at 11 o'clock today, but I didn't see the sign front the door. A tall and thin clerk inside asked me to go out very rudely! In fact, there was no customer in the store at this time. I wait for 10 minutes until she let me in. After I went in, there were three groups of different customers who went in. They didn't see the sign too, not stop too, They went in directly too, The tall and thin clerk didn't stop them. I don't know why! Why did she treat me so rudely? I'm such a big fan of Aldo! “I found the pair of shoes I was wanting to purchase online and it listed the outlet store as a pick up location. The store is a bit on the small side so I can’t penalize them for not having a ton of stuff. But for what they pack in there, they do an excellent job. They had BOTH pair of shoes that I was looking for online and they were both in stock as the website said (very surprised). The employees here are friendly and have no issues with helping you find what you’re looking for. The store was pretty clean. I would definitely shop here again. A++ ?”
