Katy Tile & Marble did a remodel of our master shower. There were a few hiccups at the beginning, however; the shower turned out beautiful. Thanks to Gabriel, Bill and Tom for making sure we were happy with the work and the selections we made during the process. The crew was great, did excellent work and was always on time. We highly recommend KT&M.

Although we had a hiccup or two along the way, Katy Tile & Marble was a good tile and countertop company to work with. Our job was a long way from their shop so we did pay a travel fee, but in the long run they were very reasonably priced. When small issues did arise, they were quick to respond and deal with them appropriately. You cannot expect a construction project to go totally smooth, it’s how the issues are handled that speak volumes. Bill gave great advice and input. He was not afraid to share suggestions and opinions, when asked….I really appreciated his input. Gabriel was always good to respond and handle any situation fairly. I would recommend them to friends. Thanks for everything.

Katy Tile & Marble replaced my countertops and backsplash with quartz, and they did a masterful job! The staff (Gabriel especially) was helpful and easy to communicate with. The workers were professional and attended to every last detail to ensure I was satisfied. And the pricing was fair! I plan to use Katy Tile & Marble again and would highly recommend.

Carpet was replaced in two locations, the primary bedroom and a small hallway. We wanted to match the existing wood laminate that was installed when we built our home in 2018. Katy Tile & Marble were able to get tye exact match. The color was slightly different because of the gap of time in manufacturing the product but it's so close and they let us know up front it could be slightly different. I'm fine with the variation, they did a wonderful job with installation and had great communication. I was happy with the process from start to completion. Everyone was professional, friendly and made sure we were happy each step of the way. One note, there will be a lot of dust. We were told ahead of time but if you haven't experienced a floor being I stalled before, I don't think it registers how much dust there will be lol. Either cover anything you wouldn't want to dust or hire someone to come in and clean after the install. We opted to hire a cleaning crew to come in after and everything worked out perfectly.

KT&M replaced aging tile on our front porch. Superior quality work coupled with a reasonable price is reason enough to highly recommend these folks. The fact they are very personable and easy to work is a nice bonus.
