absolute nightmare to find out usps is aware mail is being stolen from specific addresses and they don’t have to inform customers about this. after having medication and personal information stolen from a cluster box, they told me to get a p.o. box. i appreciate the useless advice—maybe i would have done so had i known my mail was being stolen.

Don't expect anyone to answer the phone.
Failed to notify resident of mail hold, absolutely no idication.
Get a P.O. box in another service area, anything to avoid this dumpster fire.
To my fellow constituents, if you are planning on purchasing stamps in the near future I hope you will consider my ancedotal.

I don't know what happened to this place. You used to be able to drop off packages for acceptance. The employee would scan it and let you take a picture of their device as a receipt. There is a new guy that said they only accept drop offs. I asked him what if something happens in between drop off and scan? There is no proof of acceptance. He just said I guess tough luck. WOW.

Repeatedly sends my packages to a parcel locker, where it sits and sits! The WORST post office ever! Our mailman constantly delivering WRONG mail to me! Incompetence at its worst!!

This place is a mess. As I read here, carriers are mishandling the mail and packages regularly and nothing is done because it shows as “delivered”. I was told “the mail carrier was on vacation so someone else took over so we can’t ask that person”. No matter what you do, the mail carriers are getting away with this and a lot of people including me have lost our packages and it continues to happen. I sent a complain online to USPS explaining that it doesn’t mean my package was delivered IN MY box, that they should start investigating. Nothing happened. I know this is occurring because I have received letters and packages from my neighbors and I have turned them in to them but in one occasion I could not because the address was not close to me so I put it back for them to take care of it. But I do not trust their services. Also, I realized DHL leaves their packages to be delivered on the ground by these people! That’s how my package got lost. It was an international shipment. In other words, USPS has incompetent employees, who are misplacing the deliveries on the mail boxes or who’s to say they are not keeping the packages (stealing) because they know they’re getting away with this. It’s really frustrating! We should expose this situation somehow.

This location SUCKS! Everyone who works here has a disgusting attitude. They are extremely slow. They have absolutely zero customer service skills whatsoever! I have been waiting for a package that has said it’s been out for delivery in katy for a whole week! Online it says it has passed the delivery date and has no other information on when it will come. I call there and nobody picks up the phone. I go up there and they are rolling their eyes giving me heavy attitude as if I did something to them and all they can tell me is they don’t know why it hasn’t been delivered. At this point WHAT DO I DO???? I just want SOMEBODY to tell me where my package is. They can’t even give me that AND are wildly rude and disrespectful! Also this ain’t no Karen talking to yall! I’m a young black man and it really is sad as hell to see people of my kind in this city that already don’t like us really, giving the exact stereotypes that people waiting in line are literally saying about them. There is no reason for any of this. Zero professionalism. All in all, again, this location SUCKS!!!

The weirdest post office ever.
It's shady ... I showed up and no one was there. I asked someone waiting if they accept the package and he said NO . Im like what. ???? . I feel unsafe even being around this area. After 1 time visit, I never go there again

Had a very easy experience there today. The woman in the window was nice, I know it’s a stressful environment being the only person with a whole line building up… Best for if you just need to drop things off, they are NOT full service!! Thank you!!

Slow government workers. These are employees who can't survive in the public sector so they half heartedly "work" for the federal government. Expect excessive wait times and uncaring attitudes.

Not reliable or dependable constantly delivering packages to the wrong address and then the people that they deliver them to end up having to come to my house to deliver them. Scheduled a pickup for my at home lab test and they never picked them up like really.
