All the workers there should be changed, they work very poorly and are not attentive to what they do. Because of them, they canceled my insurance and because of them, I have been waiting for more than a month for a cancellation check that they charged me for due to poor work. card

Only reason why I'm leaving 5 stars is because I had the pleasure of speaking with Jessica and she was helpful and took the time to explain things to me. She seemed genuine and understanding and took the time to listen to me. Thanks for being professional and customer service oriented.
However...it didn't start of very well.
7/3 at 1:16PM, didn't catch her name but you know exactly who you are. I want to say it was Jacqueline or something like that, could be wrong though. I'm sure you'll see this review. Called because my insurance card said it expired on June 12th, figured that was the end of my policy because it wasn't explained to me that I was on a month to month plan. You were of no assistance at all, smart mouthed, robotic and rude. Talking to me like I couldn't understand English, repeating the same thing over and over again. I tried to keep my cool and stay calm but you literally have no customer service experience at all or knowledge of how to handle an upset customer. I know the customer isn't always right, but at least have the decency to treat me like a human being. Then I asked to speak to corporate, and you gave me another 1800, so I called that number and I'll be damned, you answered the phone again probably with a grin on your face and proceeded to immediately transfer me to your manager. Look, if you don't like your job...maybe look for a new one? Don't make others miserable because you're miserable.
Heads up everyone, if you call the 1800 number it takes you to a branch that's nearest to your location, so don't be fooled with another 1800 number of them claiming it's "corporate". Take your time and ask to speak to someone else, especially if you have an issue and you get the same girl that I spoke with. You'll get nowhere in the conversation if you speak with her. It's like, talking to an automated system.
