The transition from Cattleman's to Lone Start has been a rough ride. But over the last few years, we are getting there. They are obviously trying and improvements have been (slowly) made. I just love Connie and her efforts to make issues like identity theft painless.

Couldn't be happier! Camille and Gerald have always taken the best of care for me and my family with our banking needs. Just like any business I've had my share of unpleasant experiences however none have happened if one of the two are present. There are currently three generations of my family and two family business banking at this branch and we plan on keeping it that way. Thank you Camille and Gerald, you always acknowledge us when we walk in and we leave with confidence knowing our finances are in your hands.

Today my bank gets 1 star due the antiquated technology with "glitches" on the website and the no access on the mobile app which both prevent my access to bill pay and money transfer. Of course the tech department is not who you get when you call, so not assistance was available on the phone. Teller hung up on me. "Nobody knows" when the "glitches" will be resolved even tho today was opening day after a ten day closure. Excuses were the only thing on the menu when I called the bank for an explanation. Their "new website conversion" is a frustrating process of inconvenience and poor customer relations. Wouldn't you be thrilled to receive a Conversion Toolkit booklet in the mail with 10 pages of new information to go through before you can use your on line bank? I may revise this review. Right now I am very inconvenienced and frustrated. After 22 years with this bank, I am seriously considering a move. I would tell anyone considering a new account to start out somewhere else.
