First bad experience today with Jarrell USPS. Had a package delivered to parcel boxes… went to check my mail, they had stuffed my packaged in the locker I was unable to even turn the key! Don’t know how I’m supposed to check my mail here on out.

Incompetent delivery driver. Cannot grasp what they are doing or just don't care. You had one job... Put the right keys for the parcel lockers in the right mail box. But no.... I get someone else's packages and they get mine. Please hire competent postal workers.....Your community deserves it. And another thing....SLOW DOWN!!!! It isn't necessary to speed to the next mailbox, it isn't going anywhere.

First time at the Jarrell post office. Small, but very friendly. I knocked off 2 stars because they didn't plan properly for the pre Christmas rush this week. 1 person handling the counter doesn't cut it. She was very efficient & knowledgeable, but overwhelmed by the number of people in line. The post office needs to send in the cavalry during peak hours!

I had 2 packages delivered wrong in the same month. The careless mail carrier left them in a wrong locker and she gave me a wrong key for an empty locker. I found my package later asking my neighbors, but The second package, the carrier left it in another person's locker with that person's mail, but that person never returned the package so it's lost now. I am starting to think that the mail carrier just stole it. It's so strange that it just dissapeared. Usps doesn't want to take responsibility because I didn't pay for insurance; and the retailer i bought the package from, will not make a refund because the tracking number shows as delivered. When I called usps, they told me the neighbors should returned it, that it wasn't a carrier mistake, but a neighbor's fault for keeping it. I just want my money back.

Whatever you do don't change your address at this location. I brought in my new house deed and ID. She refused to look at them "If they're needed you'll be notified." I gave her my completed form. 2.5 weeks later I still have not had my mail forwarded and I have moved. Did they lose it? I filled out the online application and am told to I must bring in my ID and fill out the form in the office (again).

The first time I moved to Jarrell, I had encountered a postal worker that was very rude when I went in to get my box keys. I had not been back to this location for 2 years. Today I needed to mail something out and decided to take my chances and go. Completely different experience. They seemed to be a bit short handed but this rep was nice and patient. I made a mistake in my package and she patiently helped me. Hopefully, this was not a rare experience anymore. Thank you.

Continues to deliver some important mail documents to the WRONG address after talking to someone MULTIPLE times about it. They still don’t do anything. Somehow our old tenants that have lived here before us, get our mail to their new address. They say it’s because the old tenant’s name is A. Gonzalez and ours is A. Gonzales as well but a slight difference as you can see. Clearly they don’t know how to read right between the two.

Jarrell, Texas Video of employee walking to the door with a package and turning around with package in her hand. She then marked it as delivered. Never looked up to see the cameras.

Three packages in 10 days delivered to one of my neighbors instead of me. I get a neighbor's package frequently. So far, it seems we neighbors take care of one another and eventually deliver to each other. I was desperate for today's delivery...medication. Tracking says left in my mailbox, and it isn't there. Our mail carrier for Enclave at Sonterra pays ZERO attention to the fact that every street in this neighborhood has house numbers in the 100s. Multiple houses with the same number and different street name. Seems to be able to get paper mail correct, but packages are too difficult for him. We on Batjac, El Dorado, Old California, Wild Wind, and Quiet Man have been dealing with this problem for a year from our carrier. Apparently not his problem. Since there is no local number to call to complain, I sincerely hope they read their reviews and can pin point who needs coaching on their team.

These employees are incapable of merely placing a package on your doorstep. All of them, and I mean ALL of them, drop packages from a minimum of 3ft off the ground. I have male and female employees on camera doing this.

Ratings speak volumes, worst delivery service. Says my package was delivered and signed for but wasn't me! I've got door cam footage to verify nothing was delivered but good ol Amazon. Find my letter! Let's see how long it takes them to follow up. Good customer service when you can them tho.

Probably the worst USPS experience I have ever had in my 30 years of existence. Why hire drivers who can’t read? I’m just not sure how you can keep these drivers on board if they keep misdelivering packages.Had your job before. It’s not difficult. There’s no excuse. Purge the payroll. Do the city a service and stop pretending we need you. FedEx/UPS/Amazon is more efficient.

Can your mail carrier that delivers near Amber ln read? We've had numerous packages that say delivered but we never received. so either the mail carrier is a thief or they can't read?
