I will give it two stars only because one person was nice and gave good service. The rest just didn't care, didn't want to be there. Went for a battery replacement, Was lied to, and had over a $100 taken because of it. Will not go back, will not recommend to anyone at all. Nice going guys, don't know how you made it this far in life living like that.

These people are crooked. I came to get my charger port replaced bc of problems charging and tried to tell me it wasn’t the port and it was my battery. She tried to tell me it would cost $250 to replace the battery even though my phone holds a charge perfectly but doesn’t charge through port anymore. Charges wirelessly though. My battery health is at 82% and tried to tell me it was the battery. WHAT? And tried to tell me it powers off after unplugging it. Making stories up. Went in there to ask to see this magical unplug power off thing and never happened. Still waiting for it to power off hun.

I love this place and I'm taking my phone back for more repairs that I might have. Customer service is amazing and funny. Chavez was who I talked to the whole time my phone was being repaired and she made sure I was up to date with everything. My phone was fixed within a week and working way better.
