My wife brought in her phone to trade in, but couldn't charge it due to water in the charger port.
Was worried she couldn't transfer her pictures but the manager Erica was very helpful and used a wireless charger to solve the issue.
10 out 10 service and thank you very much!

Never ever ever go here !!! Save yourself the time ! They never pick up the phone and you will get transferred to the call center where you will talk to a machine. I have spent hours and hours on different dates at the store only for my bill to be wrong. I was told I would be paying pennies a month for a new iPhone 15 and now I pay $25 a month for it. My bill is over $100 a month because of this for only one phone!! I traded in my old phone which was in perfect condition andtold I would get a $800 credit for it which apparently was a total lie. These are the people I talked to Mike, Wren, and Evert. I was told by Wren that Mike the manager would fix my credit issue and it’s been almost two months without fixing. When I finally was able to reach a live person at the call center, they told me they could not fix it because this store is a Victra store not a direct Verizon store. So if you want to spend hours at the store and not have any assistance from customer service go ahead.

My sales associate, Jasmine, was awesome! I got a great deal on everything I bought! She made it an incredibly easy to get through all of the experience from purchasing to set up! I called her manager to make sure that she was awesome and she got recognized locally at by her manager at the store as well! Thank you Jasmine!!
