How to be at home, while it is true that the rooms could use a facelift, you couldn't ask for more. The best breakfast on IHG. Perfect location if you want to be close to the airport and the staff is nice and attentive!!

They have a amazing breakfast, I have come here 5 times this year and every time it is really good the service is very good, pool is clean and nice to use ,they have a few BBQ grill to use a nice kitchen in the room it's like being at home I want for nothing, everything is very clean and the beds are really convertible the pillows are so nice ,the gym is the only thing needs work but 2 are so close to the hotel really no need for this one,over all in all of the DFW this is my favorite place to stay,if you read my other reviews of hotels I grill them if not up to my standard this place is what I expect when I stay away from home
Rooms: I like to be in a room where the bedroom is separate from the living room ,like here have a standard kitchen (no oven though)
Beds are really nice here pillows the best I feel very relaxed here in the room
Food & drinks: The breakfast is the best bacon Sausage eggs scrambled or omelet stile redskin potatoes seasoned baskets and Gravy , hole milk 2% or chocolate apple orange cranberry waffles butter Syrup strawberry syrup cheese cake bennana nut bread hole bred wite bred caption crunch lucky charms .and on and on all good

They clean rooms daily. Which is nice. They fix anything as soon as you report it. The beds are kinda hard and the bathroom lighting is awful. But very clean quieter than most family hotels when you are traveling for business

I came to Dallas foe work , this location it's very convenient, restaurants around , grocery store really close, I walked a few times there. The lady doing the breakfast buffet it's amazing Mayroos mela I think it's her name, she have everything nice and clean , I was staying here for almost 1 month ans she's really good with everything she does , fresh and good breakfast.
You should keep her always here , nice customer service.
Rooms: Rooms , nice , clean, laundry in the hotel , shuttle to take you around.

Hotel is under construction and still charging high rates, the room was said to have already been renovated and was not, the outlets on the lamps do work, the sofa has a slip cover and is very uncomfortable, the tv’s are decent size but the remotes don’t work properly, the beds are semi soft but the pillows are great, the shower is decades old, the breakfast doesn’t serve a wide variety of foods, the basketball court is becoming run down, the photos on the website have been photoshopped and enhanced, they do have a pantry, you can cook in your room, the pool and hot tub are supposedly heated but they were cold, overall I don’t recommend this hotel for families, but as a last minute need it’s ok or an overnight (1 night) business trip. Also and this is the MOST important part DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES get a ride in the shuttle the experience was like riding in a go kart the driver picked us up from Sam’s Club at about .5 miles from the hotel and he was slamming on the brakes and accelerating like a rocket we hit 72mph on a 30 mph road our groceries went airborne several times within .5 mile trip. Carry your bags back to the hotel if you value your life.

Staybridge Suites is goto for a hotel always had good experience and pleasant stays, but this place was not what I expected.... ive never seen more out of order signs then this place!!!! Ev charge station OUT OF ORDER, Out side gas grill OUT OF ORDER, 3 out of 4 washer machines OUT OF ORDER, TREADMILL OUT OF ORDER, CO workers ac was OUT OF ORDER, SPA OUT OF ORDER..... VERY DISAPPOINTED I know IHG has better standards then this!!!!!

We had a suite it was great until the rain started coming into the room. We didn't notice until morning when we went to change clothing everything was wet. Did notify front desk. Gentleman stated that he would request and extra 500 points be added I was like ok . Bit I should have received a discount as well. I did have to leave I pajamas.

Rooms are relatively clean but there is a faint smell in the main entrance that was just barely noticeable. Morning buffet had good food and was clean. Rooms are also clean but the hallways are kind of horrendous. Random stains and rips and folds all over the third floor.
