I am very upset , I absolutely hate my hair and I came for something very simple. A blowout and a straighten. The lady was extremely rough and she didn’t even put heat protectant on my hair. When I asked her to put some on she got an attitude, I will never come back here again .

I booked an appointment at the place to get a Brazilian Blow out, hair color re touch and a hair cut. These guys were the sweetest Asian couple and did a great job on my hair. I was absolutely impressed. Totally worth the amount I paid. I’m a student, so I try to tip only as much as I can afford, but I had to leave these guys the biggest possible tip cuz they did such a beautiful job. They even had me engaged in some pretty interesting conversations about politics, weather and their personal stories. Loved the experience :)

I have been going to Susan for only small trims for a couple of years, and this time I decided to get an actual haircut with layers for the first time in 6 years. I was really nervous and scared I wouldn’t like it, but it turned out wonderful and she is the master of long layers! I couldn’t be happier . Attached are the before and after photos.

I was very disappointed by this place. I went for a trim and was told that I would have to get my hair blow dried before the cut. This was after they washed my hair 3 times and combed through my hair. I’ve been getting my hair done for a while now, and no one has ever told me that I need blow drying first before a trim. Terrible service by the lady who worked on my hair. It’s very sad especially since the place is well kept. Def do not recommend.

Pro Image Salon has great customer service. Run by a husband and wife team, Sam and Susan provide excellent service and a lovely vibrant space for all your hair care needs.
Many loyal customers come here, which is a telling sign of the attentive care they provide to their customers. I'm glad I came here to get my hair done.

Very nice and great to collaborate with. I’m not a hair girl so I come in with pictures and explain things I want incorporated in and she is absolutely great about making that work and advising what will look best for you without contradicting your requests.

Amazing people!
I set up my appointment at 11 and they started at 11 exactly. Pappa (sorry for the wrong spelling) is very nice, she cut my hair the way I want and i was done in 12 mins.
I highly recommend this salon.

I'm very tentative to trust new people with my hair, but she absolutely blew me away. Both of the owners are very nice, charismatic, experienced, and hard working. I can't recommend them more for people who are very particular about their hair.
