I don't recommend this hotel, because the bathrooms look dirty. With a very small sink. Also, the air conditioner makes a lot of noise, especially during the night it is very annoying and doesn't let have a good sleep. Finally, you can hear everything is going outside of your room, most for these ones that are closer to the ice machine.
For future reference * No refrigerator in the rooms.

This hotel was not what I was expecting. The front desk attendant was unfriendly and clearly did not want to be there. When we were getting ready for bed, there were cockroaches coming out from everywhere. I called guest services, and the man told me that they are everywhere, and tried telling me they were water bugs. I am certain they were not. He proceeded to say the only thing to do is spray or set up the sticky traps. I asked him if he could send up someone to do this, and he said no. Point blank no. Awkward silence, and then I asked if they could do anything, and he said no again. My son’s iPad tablet also went missing from our room. I asked the front desk if they could help me with this, and they said no. It was terrible. I am a Hilton Honors member as well, and I will never go to a Tapestry collection again. Horrible management. The only good thing about this hotel was the sweetest server who was so attentive. She helped my littles with the waffle maker, and made sure our breakfast was wonderful.

All flash no substance. What good is an aesthetically decorated room with zero counter space and a moldy shower head? Not to mention loud music at the bar playing until at least 1 a.m.— even though that area supposedly closes before then. Additionally, being told they won’t turn on the fire pit because it’s after 10 pm when it’s only 9:20. Great location, subpar hotel.

Rooms need more lightning, and the bathroom have mildew.

Hotel was nice besides not having a refrigerator or microwave in the room. The food was terrible. Had absolutely no seasoning on it. If you stay there, just order your own food .

At little too hip for me. The industrial loft look is stylish, but…. The bathroom sink was borderline unusable, too shallow. The A/C units were a bit too industrial, so loud I had to turn them off to sleep. The bare concrete walls added to the style, but made the rooms echo and radiated heat from outside (no insulation). I was disappointed with the powdered eggs for breakfast. But fresh scrambled eggs seem to be a thing of the past. Fortunately it’s near great restaurants. So “A+” for effort but not practical for a business traveler. One and done for me. Still looking for a good hotel in Dallas…

Wouldn’t stay again . Not ideal for long term stays! Extremely small bathroom. I could barely turn in the shower and virtually no counter space. No microwave or fridge in rooms. No stairway exit to the first floor. You’ll be stuck waiting on the elevators in the mornings with everyone else. The restaurant/ food was disappointing. Breakfast was cold with bad coffee. I actually barely used my food credit because of the bad food which is rare.

Great atmosphere and staff was fantastic. Chef even checked on us personally after we received our food. Must try their Brussel Sprouts. 09//27/24 had a little construction by pool area, but still great nevertheless.

Great!
Room are industrial type.
Very professionnal welcome and service.
Breakfast is good and the swimming pool area is pretty nice.
It is my ONLY space à go when I come to Dallas.

Easy access to the freeways and close to the airport. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

Rooms are very dorm like. I stayed at the tapestry in North Dallas and I thought the tapestry collection was different at each site but I don't like this, the cement walls and tiny restrooms seem so minimal at a higher price. The sink makes me laugh, my hand fits across the sink. There is an ample amount of desk room like a dorm but I want a hotel room. No more tapestry, only Curio. Location to rental cars aren't bad, I wish Hilton had something closer.

Stayed here several years ago and loved it. Came back and had a very bad experience at this hotel. Awful customer service and would not recommend this hotel to any one. There are frankly many better options in this area.

We used Resort Pass for a day at their pool and wouldn’t do it again. This place was highly understaffed for a Saturday afternoon, the few staff that were there were very nice and accommodating but this was 100% a mismanagement issue from the top. The pool was very busy and they had no dedicated bartender in the restaurant bar from 12pm-4pm. The few other staff members were having to help serve drinks. While we were there they even announced they were CLOSING THE BAR from 1pm-3pm. The outside bar, which they promoted in the front lobby for a “summer pool experience with frozen drinks and more from 11-7 on Saturdays and Sundays” was completely abandoned, nothing happening which was a big reason we picked this pool on resort pass to begin with. We will not be coming back and will try another hotel and pool next time. Management needs to reevaluate its staffing numbers for weekends and pay attention to their marketing offers they promote. They missed out on a lot money not having that outside summer bar open.

Fun place to stay. Different than a normal hotel to stay in.

I don’t know where even to start. The pool, had tile missing in the pool, the furniture is rotting, a light inside the pool was falling out (how is this safe). The room was a cool design, but the whole place is 15yrs dated & had not been updated in clearly years. The shower was half functional. I love the concept, but I can’t believe Hilton allows this to have its name attached to it. The hallway smells like an old dorm complex.
What has the management been doing for a decade?
It’s a 2 star hotel at best folks.
