Cleaning ladies are the highlight of my visit, they are friendly and helpful. Front desk staff on the other hand is very difficult to communicate with and they're plain rude. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. AC is super noisy and doesn't quite work as it should, it was hot all night. Breakfast is free but very bland and limited items. When you ask for more sausages they'll just tell you they're out of them. Anyway I wouldn't come back to this specific location.

MY STAY WAS 3 NIGHTS, THE BREAKFAST WAS THE SAME ALL THOSE DAYS.POOL TOO NEGLECTEDAND DIRTY. POOL WATER COLD AND THE JACUZZI DOES NOT WORK. IN THE POOL THERE IS A DAMAGED CHAIR FOR THE DISABLED.THE LADIES WHO DO THE DOING DO THEIR BEST TO MAKE YOU COMFORTABLE.THE LAUNDRY HAS TO PAY WITH ATH NOT CASH OR COINS.Rooms: CLEAN AND COMFORTABLESafety: YOU MUST NEED THE CARD TO ENTER ALL AREASFood & drinks: IT IS NOT VARIED.

This is place is overpriced! There was trash on the floor in the room upon arrival, the tub had a big crack, and the place to hang your towel was falling off. There was one roll of toilet paper for a room that was for 6 people. The food was disgusting, not even fit for dogs. The downstairs sitting area was hot and had no AC running, even after I asked that they turn it on. Look elsewhere.

MOLDY, MOLDY, MOLDY AND HUMID! I travel a lot for work and have stayed in some really run down hotels along the way but this hotel BY FAR takes the cake on the level of MOLD throughout the hotel. You can literally smell the mold when entering the building and once in your room you are just in a moldy box. My allergies flared immediately making my entire stay uncomfortable. Also, the room in which I stayed in (Rm. 130) remained humid no matter what the AC temp was set on even though the air did stay cool overall. Not worth the health risk.. stay somewhere else if you can.

Called 5 minutes before I pulled up and they quoted me a price for a room. By the time I got there they said they sold out and all they had was a king suite (250) and when I got to the room it was a regular king!!! Whatever. So then I go to take a shower and it’s literally MOLD everywhere. Whatever. Then I go to bed, TINIEST pillows. Hardly working ac which is all the way across the room I couldn’t sleep for anything. It was horrible. Would never pay to sleep here under any circumstances

The room was spacious and clean, felt a bit stuffy like it hasnt been aired for a while but overall the place was decent..location was centered around Dallas and super close to the airport..it a decent place to spend the night

Rooms: Very clean & inviting! Loved the white bed spreads!Noteworthy details: Very friendly customer staff. Cleaning staff was excellent!
