One of the hair stylists (black lady, forgot her name) was rude to me for no reason. I was yawning during the haircut and wasn’t able to cover my mouth due to my hands being under the covers. She started yelling at me. Even after I explained to her that my hands were under the covers, she sarcastically asked me in a rude tone “You’re an adult, aren’t you?”. Next time, I will cover my mouth, but there’s a polite way of saying what she said. I wonder who truly acted like an adult. Rest assured, I will never be back here again.

I had my haircut on Juneteenth Wednesday here and this is the worst great clips branch I have ever visited and worst haircut so far I ever had in my life
That barber who did my hair cut is not professional at all I felt like he hardly knows what he is doing
Highly disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone
At the end I was trying to explain what mistakes he did and he was not ready to accept his mistakes

Not the worst haircut I’ve ever had, but definitely still memorable for being one of the worst. Unfortunately, the Great Clips on Belt Line near my house closed down. So I gave this one a try. The woman who cut my hair(middle aged black woman) rushed through my haircut in about 6-7 minutes. I got my sides and back done with a #1 guard, and she left one of my sideburns about 2 inches long…only one lol. My face is clean shaven so it’s not like I had a beard to justify doing that. I tried to ask her about the other location, and if it was permanently closed. She had no idea there even was another Irving location and acted annoyed that I asked her. All around bad experience and haircut.

Worst haircut experience I ever had with greatclips. I was in the store to get my haircut done. There was a man. He told me his name was Angel. I showed him the haircut I needed and he also had my previous measurements. He cut my hair extremely short and which was not at all matching the picture nor the previous measurements. At last he was sorry for not concentrating.

I usually don't go around and give bad reviews but I had to do it today because of the kind of experience I had here. I had my hair cut here twice, NIDIA was my stylist for both the visits. The first visit wasn't that great but I wanted to give the place another try and that was the first mistake that I made. NIDIA seems to be on the edge for some reason. Everytime I try to explain her how I want her to style my hair, she responded in a rude manner and was teaching me the technical names of haircut like you'd teach a kid, but the thing is her tone and demeanor were blatantly rude.
The second mistake that I made was to not tip her!!!
When the transaction was done, she paused and looked at me for a good few seconds as if I did a crime. (I usually leave a 15% - 25% tip for a haircut.) She demanded for a tip!!!!! Ridiculous. It must be earned not demanded.

Horrible haircut! never coming back again. the hair stylist was abruptly rude and after messing up my hair they were asking for tips forcefully. Never coming back to Great clips. The Male gay barber.

I got my haircut there and immediately had to buy a hat because of how uneven everything was. This was probably one of the worst haircuts I've ever received. The person cutting my hair didn't even give me a proper line up. I wasted $20 on this for them to do a terrible job. It's embarrassing that I'll have to have uneven hair and a terrible looking hairline for a couple of weeks. I don't recommend going to this location

To begin, I usually get my hair cut at Great Clips and have been having my hair cut by them for most of my life starting in early childhood. I have always had pleasant experiences going to Great Clips, and today was no exception. I was served by Brandon because I needed a haircut for my work. This was a great experience. The ability to check in online is a great feature, and the staff are always extremely friendly. I was in and out the door in less than 20 minutes. Finally, the prices are within anyone's budget and the haircuts are premium quality. I would highly recommend Great Clips to anyone!

Brandon has gave me the best haircut I’ve ever received from great clips. It didn’t take much for him to understand exactly what I wanted and he delivered perfectly. He was friendly and quick and precise. Can’t ask for more. Thank you Brandon.
