6/2 2:15 pm To the teller/banker who was annoyed with me being a non-customer and charging a $10 fee to cash a $70 check believe me I was just as annoyed to be there with you and your smokers voice in Chase who I absolutely CANNOT stand as a bank. Zero stars, never recommend.

This is the worst bank to deal with, I recommend someone other than Chase. I have had the worst problems - waiting forever, not getting someone on the phone. The only way to meet with someone is to make an appointment via online. The problem is you could wait 3 or 4 hours like I did to meet the person you made an appointment with. Chase needs to up their game, and not focus on the big accounts, and learn how to deal with the small people. And please don't give me the COVID BS - other companies are doing fine handling their customers.

Branch manager/Sidberry at this location lacks professionalism! She is extremely rude, an arrogant… She never greeted me or introduce herself to me. Not sure how she got promoted to a branch manager! I never met a branch manager who doesn’t know the meaning of customer service! First her demeanor was absolutely negative towards me since the beginning… Old saying, is not what you say but how you say it! I know she knows the saying because, she is my age or older…. Corporate needs to send secret shoppers to this location asap!

Very rude staff! I've been a co-tenant in the building with these chase employees for 14 months and have been nothing but courteous to them. Today, I asked them to notarize a simple form for my out of state bank in Virginia. They refused because I didn't have an account with chase. There is no state law preventing a notary from helping a non customer. This is very poor service. My wife will be cancelling her business account effective immediately! Learn how to treat people, especially your neighbors!

Terrible experience working with the small business loan department. If you are looking for a small business loan please do yourself a favor and run the other way. We are currently in a five month long loan process when we were quoted sixty days.The process has been unorganized, taxing and mentally draining. It has been five months and we’ve been approved however are still back in forth trying to get to closing.Please avoid them at all cost and go with a smaller credit union who will make your loan a priority.

Absolutely garbage! If you can avoid using this location i would advise doing so. Flagged my paycheck that i cash twice a week normally at a different location. Geeez! Be proactive and call the person that wrote the check.
