Hispanic manager is rude and who makes people feel unwanted and trying to get people to pay 300 per pet where every other budget suites ask only 300 and that's up two pets and 20 per pet each month it's like he trying to run people out the establishment....

ROACHES, SMELL. DARKMANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLEDon't waste your time and money unless you're looking for a place to get out of the rain. This place is horrible due to management and probably the owners. They are there for one thing to take your money take your money. They do not care about your opinion. What you have to say and who you are . You're just money making and trash other than that. You're nobody the girls in the office staff. They're nice. Looking at them, they are afraid they may lose their job the way they act and carry they self. So I know they are just doing a job, good luck, ladies, my hat goes out to you. But back to this places. The room smell like cigarette smoke, which is non-smoking. They are all smell. Roaches, is dark. They're, it's not a good place to be and the way you are treated. It's not worth it. management save your opinion because you said in every review because you are not sorry just your speech.

Came here to house-sit and was kinda claustrophobic. The room was very small and there was a roach ?. My friends that live there are clean people, so the roach was not invited voluntarily. The service was nice though.Rooms: Small. Do not recommend if you have a pet or more than 1 child.

Bugs… it’s a place to get too till you can find something better but they do have bugs. I was rarely there worked till my apartment became available but it’s a 1 star place. Use second chance apartments if you need help getting back on your feet. The one manager is annoying move out day was at 1 he came to the door every hour after 10 asking how much longer.

Infested with roaches. Their response is pitiful. Front desk staff is great but don’t stay here unless you don’t mind lots of roaches.

They will try to get every dollar out of you that they can get.. The Ladies at the front desk are nice tho.

Pleassssseeee do not come here. They did not want to accommodate me and my kids. There is no wayyyyyyy that you should have left this hole in my ceiling. The evening front desk girl act like she did not want to contact the manager and she NEVER wants to do her job.

I been here for a while. For the most part it's pretty quiet. The police patrol through. Management is good and the grounds are always pretty clean. The size of the unit fits my needs. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have a big family but it works for

Management is terrible. Tony is very combative with women. When we first moved in, we were warned about him being inappropriate with children. We took it with a grain of salt, but throughout our stay, someone threaten to kidnap our kids and Tony said you can't call the cops here we will evict you. He said this is Las Colinas so act Las Colinas like? So that means we're not supposed to call the police the entire time we live here. We called the police for our child's safety. That was our one and only time calling due to fear of losing our home. The officer said we should sue him for that as he heard him say that. there's too many incidents to put on here the last one. My wife and children were swimming. My wife is wearing a swimming shirt sitting out of the pool and Tony came up and said she couldn't wear a shirt in there and pull rules are right there and don't say anything about that, I don't understand why he is still working here. John is nice and friendly with customers. Overall, this place is terrible. There was an amber alert they caught the guy living here. There was a guy who cut a woman's stomach out here there were just two people shot here and one found dead a couple weeks before that. The only reason for the four stars is so you guys see this before you make the mistake of coming here what is it?

Worst place ever I couldn't wait to leave bugs and deaths I had I guy kill himself next door in the middle of the day they took his body out in front of all the kids and cleaned the blood a week later somebody was living there this place takes all ur money and they can come inside ur place whenever they please tony he walks in ur place and has someone watch out the window just in case someone shows up like u taking things worst place ever don't live here never will I stay at this budget

Plain out disgusting, the owners don't care abt the rooms and the carpet smelt like pee. The Ac was broken and leaking water which made mold grow under the carpet. We never received are deposit back it's been 3 weeks now. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

When I first moved into this place there was a bad bug problem with roaches and I they consistently came to spray and I’m assuming cracked down on allowing people to have dirty units because I haven’t seen roaches in months it’s always quiet except ok the weekends there’s always loud music vehicles coming through the parking lot but other than that it’s a pleasure to stay here especially for short term or for someone who isn’t ready to sign a lease just yet this place is a good start. Never had any issues with the front desk they are all very nice and maintenance is excellent this place seemingly had a bad plumbing problem or maybe it’s just old toilets in my unit I would have to plung with each use even for #1 and I think they just got tired of it and installed an entire new toilet they really do their best here I’m thankful for this place
